During our November stay, our front door handle broke off, leaving the suite unsecure. The heater only reached the living room, forcing our three young children to sleep in snow gear because no extra blankets were provided. While the owner originally acknowledged these issues upon check out and proactively offered a discount on a future stay, management has since refused to honor it. "Melody" was dismissive, fixated on naming technicalities, and claimed the owner would "never" offer a discount. Between the freezing rooms, hard beds, and rude service, it’s not worth the money.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. We reserved the the room with the Lakeview costing us $370 a night. We arrived at 3:00 pm at check in time and our room was not ready. It seems they attempted to clean our room while we were waiting however i don’t think they actually cleaned it. I was disappointed to find dark long hair on the bathroom floor and the bathroom rug was dirty. The balcony furniture was dirty and the blankets had pets hair on it. The room was definitely not clean. The property is very run down and in need of major repairs. We rented one of the most expensive unit to have lake view and the kitchen. What a disappointment, the kitchen had a non working fridge, they had no utensils. They had a coffee maker that used paper filters but they provided coffee pods instead. The next morning we woke up at 8:00 but couldn’t take a shower since there was no hot water. We couldn’t make coffee and when we went to the office at 9:00 to have the breakfast they promised us, we found instant a chaotic mess.

Room was clean and hospitality was great! I wish I knew the room I booked was not the room I expected. I thought I request window view of the lake but I didn’t know until I got there. That was disappointing.

Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful with their limited resources. BUT - for $200 did NOT meet expectations. The TV and Internet never connected - just sat buffering even with password used to connect to WiFi. No coffee pods available and there was a used pod in the coffee pot. The small fireplace never came on although the wall furnace was great and easily warmed up the room. The bed springs, plastic mattress cover under the sheets and awful thin pillows made sleeping very uncomfortable (bring your own pillows). The roll of toilet paper was not enough to last the 24 hours so we had to go to office to pick one up - none in room. A "breakfast" was going to be available in the small 5'X5' "lobby" at 8:30 am but suspect very minimal - although we left as early as we could to escape (leaving the key in the mailbox because no locked dropbox and staff doesn’t arrive until 8:30am) and went out for breakfast on way out of town. The room was clean enough but the whole experience was dismal and disappointing for a $200 Saturday night stay.

The lady in the office was extremely nice and wouod go back just because of her. Room had no toilet paper no tissues no cups a use paper roll in the kitchen. Mo cups for coffee. Bug and yello stains on the ceiling of the bathroom and i felt claustrophobic in there. Other than i wouldnt stay there anymore.

I do not recommend staying here. Yes, the price it nice, but you get what you pay for. Immediately entering the room, it is super under whelming and run down. The walls are thin, we could hear the neighbors shouting and partying. When we returned after dinner, we noticed the door to the hallway was open on both the upstairs and downstairs, which felt very unsafe. Anyone can walk down the halls in the middle of the night. The cherry on top was the COCKROACHES in the bedroom! One came crawling on the bedside table right towards me! After this, we immediately packed up and left for another hotel. Did not even stay the night. And of course the hotel denied it and refused to refund us. Do Not Stay Here!
