Freshly renovated 5 bedroom 3 bath home with fresh water pond frontage. Walk across the street to the highly desired Fortunes Rock Beach. The first floor offers an open concept living room, kitchen, and glassed in dining area. 2 bedrooms with a queen in each room and 1 full bathroom concludes the first floor. Walk upstairs to 3 more bedrooms; the master bedroom suite has a king size bed with stunning water views from the bedroom and bathroom, the bunk room features 2 bunk beds, one with 2 twins and a twin trundle bed. The other bunk bed has a full size bed on bottom and a twin on top. The bunk room has ample toys and a TV. The final bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed. Step outside on the 2nd floor balcony to enjoy the views of the ocean and back yard. The side deck offers a gas grill and furniture. This property has air conditioning, high speed WiFi, Smart TV's, and much more. Parking is limited to 4 cars. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Linens and towels are also provided.

**Gas grill is not available for guest use over the winter (October through April)**

House was so great, with ample rooms, bathrooms for a large group. The location was just a very short walk to gorgeous beach you could walk for miles. Had all you could need in kitchen for meals and a very nice view in dining area. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Three generations stayed comfortably. Very well equipped kitchen for making Christmas dinner. Short walk down to the beach with lovely views from the master bedroom.

Great spot for active families

Well located a short walk to the beach and close to many amenities, three families of teens and tweens enjoyed the ocean and independence getting to and fro. A couple parents had to put in a few hours of work, and the desks/workspaces were helpful for this. Lovely house, definitely recommend!

Best vacation house ever!

We had the best time here! Not only is the view lovely, the house is in pristine condition. All the beds were comfortable as were the couches. We had a small issue with the water smelling like sulfur and they sent the plumber out the next day and fixed it. Honestly this is the best property I’ve ever stayed at and we all would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The short walk to the beach was terrific and the beach was never crowded. It was short drives to Lobster, mini golf, hiking, gin distillery, and local brewery. We had 10 people and would recommend this property to large extended families.
