The rooms have been remodeled since our last stay. The remodel is a nice update and additional electrical outlets are appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when the hotel showed a different rate than the rate reserved online (@ Hotels.com). The rate was adjusted immediately. We were happy with our stay. Our only dissatisfaction was that the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean.

The staff was great and super accommodating, but I would say that you could tell the hotel was decently, renovated like knobs on like the appliances and dressers were like misaligned and the wallpaper you could see like creasing off the walls or misaligned as well looking out super flush the walls. The pool was great, but knowing that the steam room is broken was kind of gross. Honestly, overall the noisy families and barking dogs was like the biggest downfall of staying here. I would never stay here again, but it was a decent stay.

Room was clean staff friendly and helpful. I’d come back and even choose to stay here over going to the better known hotels like Hilton or holiday inn. It was very affordable for a last minute trip and appreciated that the had a pool sauna & arcade for the kids. Only thing I didn’t like was being in an adjoining room. The people next door opened theirs the same time I was trying to make sure ours was secure.

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff is friendly. Close to Betton Woods for skiers. The town is quaint with gift shops catering to local artisans.

There were very few people staying at the hotel. However, for reasons no one can explain, my room was not ready when I got there (admittedly a little early) and I needed to wait. I understand that a complete room cleaning was not available every day but at least new towels could be dropped in the rooms daily.

I called this hotel in advance of making my reservation because they allow dogs. I was informed by phone that they do thorough cleaning. At checkout, I inquired again about the thoroughness of cleaning and I was informed. Yes rooms are thoroughly cleaned. We went to our room and unpacked and went to use the bathroom. The toilet appear to have not been cleaned in a very long time. It had pee stains on top and under the lid and on the floor it was absolutely very disgusting. I went to the front desk to bring this thorough cleaning list that they lacked to their attention. The front desk receptionist put on gloves and cleaned. We then felt that the floor had salt or sand granular pieces in walking around and sure enough the floor had not been swept or mopped. It was very obvious that the floor needed attention as well. Very disappointing!
