Unwind and enjoy four seasons of mountain living in this spacious yet cozy home conveniently located 5 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort, and also minutes from the historic village of Bethel. Nestled on a private wooded lot this home boasts two large decks for entertaining/relaxing, an attached garage for storage, and central A/C to beat the heat in the summer months. The main living level includes an airy well-equipped kitchen that opens up to a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and high cathedral ceilings. Just off the main living area, the primary suite hosts a king-size bed and direct access to the hot tub on the deck where guests can soak under the millions of stars that Western Maine has to offer. Guests can enjoy downtime in the loft area with a smart TV, playing ping pong and darts in the basement, or roasting smores outside around the stone firepit. This property welcomes well-behaved dogs (maximum of 2) with responsible companions. Whether outdoor enthusiasts or searching for some quiet and relaxation, this home is a comfortable landing space to retreat to.

To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

The house was absolutely stunning. The pictures dont do it justice. Very clean, spacious and had the little things we needed. Every bedroom was unique and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the fire place was perfect. I honestly did not want to leave. A little early morning dip in the hot tub with my coffee was a great end to this rental.

Perfect home for a weekend getaway!

This home is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and a great location. There were clear instructions and recommendations in the welcome binder. We bring our old dog everywhere and were really happy this place is dog friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and playing some darts and ping pong in the game room. I hope to stay here again soon!!!

The cabin was beautiful and quiet. Everything you need is here. We had to notify them, that the hot tub needed maintenance. They had someone come in and correct the issue. After that the hot tub was fantastic.

This is a very well maintained and extremely well appointed property. Comfortable and beautiful. Very clean and love that the hot tub is off the main level on the deck with only access from inside the home…it allows for a more relaxing soak when you hear rustling in the forest and don’t have to worry about any wildlife sneaking up on you! Also highly recommend Steam Mill Brewery - incredible staff and unexpectedly wonderful food! This is a must stay property and I will most definitely be returning. Thank you!
