Need some improvement
We have stayed at this property before and it seems as if there is a new owner because the communication was noticeably better.There could be improvements made by updating the living room furniture. Couches are extremely uncomfortable and dirty and there’s not enough seating in the living room.Adding a king size bed to the master bedroom, side, table, lamps, and a television would also make this property more comfortable. Area rugs in bedrooms would also help cut down on the amount of sand as well as give a more homey comfortable feel. Lastly, the water pressure in the master shower is extremely low. I think this is solely due to the rain showerhead they chose, that could easily be swapped out. Like I said, the owner was extremely communicative, specifically when the washing machine broke. He was great about getting a replacement 24 hours later. We’ve been coming to see colony for 20 years and it’s always helpful to have another refrigerator in the garage that would only help. A coat of fresh paint and swapping out the decorations would also make this property a little more appealing.
