Excelente condomínio, mas casa necessita de pequenos reparos

Pontos positivos : condomínio excelente, piscina que atendeu as necessidades da família, churrasqueira e área de lazer muito bom e cozinha com utensílios que também nos atendeu. Pontos negativos: televisores antigos com problemas para ligar, sem telas em todas as janelas possibilitando a entrada de muitos insetos na casa, quartos sem tv, tomadas padrões antigos impossibilitando uso de alguns equipamentos.

A casa é super confortável, espaçosa, tem de tudo que se precisa. Tudo limpinho e bem organizado, a piscina também super limpa. O proprietário é um amor de pessoa o Sr. Carlos. Adoramos nossa estadia!!
