Summary:

The Evergreen Cabin is a brand new luxury A frame Cabin with ocean views and ocean access on the "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island. This is a new listing from a Superhost. Acadia is minutes away - Bass Harbor Lighthouse, the Wonderland and Ships Harbor trails in particular. The quaint town of Southwest Harbor is a 5 minute drive.



The cabin is located on a 6 acre subdivision made up of 4 cabins and historic home. You have access to 200 feet of rocky beach, a pier and a deep water mooring.



The Space:

This is a brand new 1 bedroom A frame studio cabin built in 2025. Walking into the cabin and you are presented with a living room on the right with a giant A frame window overlooking the beach, dock and the ocean. To the left is a small, very well appointed kitchen with a dining nook suitable for two. Situated along the back wall of the cabin is a king sized bed. Past the kitchen is a stunning full bathroom with walk in tile shower with glass doors and a soaker tub.



Enjoy an amazing private outdoor space that includes a fire pit, propane grill, Adirondack chairs, and a stunning view of the sunset.



Evergreen Cabin is easily accessible with parking a few feet from the entrance. The nearest neighbor is ~50 feet away and the beach is ~300 feet away.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private cabin, outdoor amenities, 200 feet of cobblestone beach and the dock.



Note: The pier and dock are seasonally accessible (usually from early June to mid-September).



The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located on the "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island. It is located off of a private road and shares ocean access with four other small rental properties.

We were blown away by the space! We were one of the first people to stay in one of the cabins and to give constructive criticism and… we could not give one thing! Host had thought of every detail! He gave a recommendation of Archies right up the road and we ate there 3 time it was so amazing! This was our honeymoon stay and we cant wait to come back every year for our anniversaries! Host is so helpful and if we had any questions he was always a message away to answer them! Beds were so comfy the space overall was just so peaceful and cozy! Everything is so clean! There are multiple a frame sites and they all have their own space and privacy! Thank you so much again and we cant wait to come back!
