The Novotel hotel is conveniently placed for public transport as well as within walking distance of shops! The staff were friendly and helpful! Disappointed that no restaurant services on a Sunday! House keeping could be a bit better - used mugs not washed, desktop not wiped down and bathroom still had evidence of previous use! Overall though Novotel is a good hotel!

Hotel was in a prime location for walking or taking public transportation. Hotel staff was super friendly and was willing for us to leave our bags safe with them prior to us checking in. I felt very safe at the hotel with knowing you needed a room card to go up the elevator. Rooms were kept nice and clean, if you were running low on supplies in your room they were quick to get it replaced. I would definitely stay with them again.

Had a very enjoyable 3 nights here. Staff very pleasant and helpful - particularly the bar and restaurant staff. Clean and spacious room. Good location. The only complaint is the carpets in corridors and our room - very stained and dirty . They let the side down unfortunately.
