Excellent and efficient hotel very close to (in between) Alexanderplatz and Hackersher Markt. I had no trouble checking in very late due to a late arrival, the breakfast buffet was nice, and the room and bathroom were super clean. The hotel lobby also has an excellent bar and a quiet courtyard to enjoy a drink.

Very small room. Good for single traveler. No air conditioning. Staff said it was broken but I wonder if they are trying to save money. Weekend nights are very noisy. If you have to open the window to have fresh air, it is very hard to sleep.

Location and hotel are great. However, the air con in our room constantly had hot air which meant we had to have the window open and it’s right next to the train line.

The room was clean with a lovely ambience, and the location is excellent—just a short 5-minute walk to Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz station. Staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss, and the breakfast options were limited with no toaster available. Overall, a convenient place to stay if location is your priority.
