The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a villa and is 98 square meters.
In the living room there is a fireplace, a wonderful large dining table and an XXL sofa to relax. Also a balcony, television. The master bedroom has a large bed 180x200, television, closet. The 2nd bedroom has a 140x200 bed and an American walk-in closet.
The bathroom is very bright with a window, bathtub and towel warmer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a design fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove and lots of inventory. Also a De Longhi coffee machine.
The apartment is newly furnished and offers sleeping space for 6 people.
You live in the middle of nature, surrounded by the nut meadows, forests and the nuthe (river). You can go for walks or visit one of the adjoining riding stables. You can walk to the pharmacy, restaurants, ReWe, Aldi, Post in 3 minutes, and the Sterncenter Potsdam in 10 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to downtown Potsdam, to Sanssouci and other sights, lido, the White Fleet and much more. 7 minutes to the train station / railway line Dessau-Berlin, regional bus lines, 3 minutes to the motorway entrance / connection A115 Berliner Ring or Landstrasse L78, 40 minutes to Potsdamer Platz with all its entertainment options, musicals, casino, restaurants, 30 minutes to KuDamm / KaDeWe

It was a perfect fit for a family of four. Outstanding hosts (little English, but great effort to communicate; very empathetic).

Beautiful apartment, lovely surroundings

This apartment was lovely and sunny, with all the necessary amenities. We had a lovely balcony for breakfasting, tub, shower, stove, fridge and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had a linen cupboard so we could change linens when needed. We were close to the bike path and the Rehrbruecke woods, with many hiking/running/cycling paths. Sylvia was a gracious hostess, the apartment was stocked with information and materials on where to visit and what to do, and she and her family were very responsive to our needs (even when I accidentally locked myself out one morning!) despite the fact that we did not speak the same language. This was a beautiful and easy place to stay, and Sylvia was a kind and helpful contact.

Sehr schöne Wohnung bei Potsdam

Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in ihrer Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. In knapp 40 Minuten gelangt man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ( nur 1x umsteigen ) nach Berlin-Mitte, Potsdam ist in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eva und Jürgen

Rundum perfekt

Eine sehr geräumige, top ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm zum entspannen, wenige Meter Fußweg befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Co. Das Ein-und Auschecken war komplikationslos und flexibel von den Uhrzeiten.

wunderschöne Wohnung...

Die in einer Altbauvilla liegende Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail wunderschön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles super sauber und komplett mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Von Frau Heinemann wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns sehr über den freundlichen und herzlichen Empfang gefreut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich; alles war supersauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht zu Besuch. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Größe der Wohnung hat uns überrascht. Es gibt einen Stellplatz für Gäste. Die Matratze im SZ neben dem Bad war mir ein wenig zu hart und es würde mir schwer fallen, für mehrere Nächte darauf zu schlafen. Ein Topper wäre toll darauf. Es gibt zwar Verdunkelungsvorhänge im SZ, aber die Tür besitzt transparente Glaselemente und dadurch ist es sehr hell. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Vielen Dank

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen sehr guten Erholungswert. Die Entfernung nach Potsdam ist schnell zu bewältigen. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Schöne und große Ferienwohnung 6 km südlich von Potsdam gelegen

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock einer Altbauvilla. Die Wohnung ist in gutem und sauberem Zustand und komplett mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen. 3 TV Geräte sind vorhanden aber leider keine Stereoanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nur die abgebildete große Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber wir kamen auch mit der Standard-Kaffeemaschine aus. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
