Do no stay in room 2

Do not stay in room 2!!!. The boiler for water for the hotel is in the room. Everytime someone uses hot water the boiler switches on, so from 6:30 it was impossible to sleep. Wifi was intermittent..

Berlin Hotel - disappointing

From the pictures it looked great. The service was not so great. The room was cold. There were no outlets that I could use. I needed three keys to get it. The "free" wi-fi was pretty spotty and only worked some of the time. I will not go back again.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nah am Kurfürstendamm. Vom Savigynplatz erreicht man gut den Hauptbahnhof, die Museumsinsel etc.

Beim 2. Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuschend

Bei Ankunft war im Hotelsafe ein falscher Zimmerschlüssel für uns hinterlegt, es war nur ein Einzelzimmer nur mit 1x Bettwäsche und Handtüchern nur für eine Person. Wir hatten Glück dass wir telefonisch noch jemanden Zuständigen für das Hotel erreichen konnten. Haben dann tel. zur Antwort bekommen wir haben den falschen Schlüssel benutzt(unser Familienname war aber an diesem Schlüssel festgemacht.) Neues Doppelzimmer dann leider zur Hauptstraße (stark befahren!). WC -Spülung funktionierte nicht richtig, 2. Spülvorgang erst nach ca. 20 Minuten! Über dem Handwaschbecken war seitlich davon eine Steckdose offen und ohne Abdeckung angebracht, sehr gefährlich! Frühstück sehr einfach! Der Fernseher war ohne Signal (lt. Aussage waren Reparaturarbeiten auf dem Dach der Grund)

Det var vid incheckning som vi meddelade att vi skulle komma lite senare än deras tider men då sa dem att vi skulle trycka in en kod i porten helt ok sen skulle vi hämta en nyckel i ett värdeskåp men vilket rum det var framgick inte något om. Då det fanns flera nycklar så gjorde att det blev svårt. Telefonnummer som fanns där gick direkt till telefonsvarare vilket gjorde det inte lättare. Stort minus där. Kommer nog inte välja detta hotellet fler gånger.

Schönes Hotel für nicht zu hohe Ansprüche

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, ruhig gelegen (Hinterhof). Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und erinnert an ein Museum. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ist übersichtlich, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Heizungen sind recht schwach, sodass es im Winter kalt werden kann. Das Abflusssystem ist sehr laut. Die Betten sind sehr groß, aber etwas unbequem, da die Matratzen recht dünn sind. Die Sauberkeit ist mittelmäßig. Im Zimmer war kein Staub oder Dreck, dafür einige fremde Haare im Bett und im Bad. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Tage gekommen.

Super Preis-Leistung-Verhltnis in Toplage

Kleines Hotel mit freundlichem Team. Super Lage direkt in Charlottenburg. Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Preis-Leistung ist super. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Übernachtungen.

Charmante alte Hotel/Pension nah des Ku'Damms

Für einen Städtetrip die perfekte individuelle Unterkunft in der ersten Etage eines alten Gründerzeithauses, man wird an den Film 'Cabaret' erinnert - eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre, nicht so uniformiert wie in großen Hotels.

Prisvärt hotell nära Ku'damm

Prisvärt hotell, trevlig personal och nära Ku'damm. Enkelt att ta buss 109 från Tegel flygplats och 5minuters promenad från busshållplats Oliverplatz. Frukostmatsalen är liten och man kan få vänta en stund på ledigt bord. Observera att receptionen stänger på kvällen så sen ankomst måste anmälas så att man får instruktion för incheckning. Sen incheckning fungerade utmärkt.

Service ist unterirdisch

Gebucht hatte ich 1 Doppel- und 1 Einzelzimmer. Vor Ort hatte ich die Wahl, entweder 2 Doppelzimmer im Voraus zu bezahlen, oder mir ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Der Charme der kleinen Hoteletage ist entzückend. Bei näherer Betrachtung, eher schon heruntergekommen. Die alten Holzfenster sind marode und faul. Die Armaturen in den Nasszellen fallen auseinander. Zwischen 8 und 10 Uhr gibt es Frühstück. Die Auswahl von Käse, Wurst,Marmelade, Brot und Brötchen sind auf das Dürftigste reduziert. Frühstückseier wurden vergessen zu kochen, wurden völlig roh serviert. Hotelpersonal war auch nur in diesem Zeitraum anzutreffen. Ausschließlich die Dame hinter dem Empfang sprach gebrochen Deutsch.

Hotellet ligger et stenkast fra Kurfürstendam og offentlig transport nås nemt. Værelset lå ud til en baggård - ingen traffiklarm overhovedet. Tilpas morgenbuffet med særdeles god betjening, ligeledes fra receptionen fik vi besvaret alle spørgsmål på engelsk. Vi havde en god oplevelse på stedet,
