Dear family and friends,

feel warmly invited to my beautiful home and oasis of well-being. I am going to Costa Rica to give birth to my daughter which is very exciting. That is why, I would love to have reliable and mindful guests who treat this place as their own home sweet home.

The house is located on the Berliner peninsular Stralau near the train station S-Ostkreuz / Treptower Park, first water row on the very top. It’s green, peaceful and sunny here in this nature reserve. And yet, you are centrally located to cafés, restaurants and clubs in the hip districts Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. This makes this area very special and unique for Berlin.

The fully equipped and furnished apt. measures 95 sqm and has 2 separate bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (14 sqm) and 1 with a comfy pullout couch and desk (10 sqm). Our treasure is the big living and kitchen area (40 sqm) with a very relaxing panoramic water view facing south. Together with our terrace (10 sqm) where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset, it makes this place not just a home but a true oasis of peace. Even during the winter month, sunbathing is guaranteed :)

I prefer peaceful, mindful and trustworthy guests who appreciate and respect the place as much as I do, and who also take good care of the plants. It is perfect for 2 people or a small family. Only with ID, proof of income and personal liability insurance. If you wish to pay less we may have a separate contract.
