Kitchen was very well stocked Check in was fine. Access to club house not as great couldn’t find it. We had 1 fab, so it was difficult if not everyone went at the same time.Space in house very comfortable for 10 people. Good spaces for wide age range of people to relax and play. Highly recommended home, management communication should be smoother

This VRBO was perfect for our group of 10! We were immediately impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-appointed the space was. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was truly well-stocked with everything we needed. There was ample room for our large group, making for a very comfortable stay.The only area for improvement was the communication with the management company; it sometimes felt like a form letter, and we had to resend documents. Additionally, the welcome book had a lot of typos and could benefit from a proper update. Despite these points, the property itself is outstanding, and we had a fantastic time.

Family Vacation

The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is equipped with everything you need. Our vrbo host was quick to address any issues we had. Short walk to the fishing pier and kayak dock. Nice clubhouse with both indoor and outdoor pools.

Great getaway

Quiet, safe community. Clubhouse was very nice with both indoor and outdoor pools. Easy walk to fishing pier and boat launch. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Only complaint is that the linen service was not included. Oh and we couldn't find the toilet paper when we arrived but a quick text response from Kelly solved that issue.

Dance mom’s and daughter’s

We stayed here July 9-15 for a dance nationals trip. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. There was 6 moms and 7 girls. Great location between Assateague beach and Ocean City boardwalk. About a 10 minute drive to each.Walking distance to the community pool. Kelly was very responsive to our questions and needs. Only feedback I have is it would be nice to have the beds made upon arrival. We needed more towels as well and reached out to Kelly and had plenty delivered the next morning. There is enough toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. to get you started but make sure to have more for your stay. I would definitely book again!

Wonderful beach stay

We really enjoyed the beach house. It was beautiful and very clean. In addition to the lovely beach, we loved the pool, tennis court and crabbing behind the beach house. I’ve already sent pictures of this house to relatives. I’ve also recommended for them to call Kelly. She’s very sweet and helpful. Thank you!

Awesome Property Manager

The house is perfect, updated and exactly how described. The property manager (Kelly) is out of this world. She is responsive. Accommodating and friendly. We had an internet issue ( landscapers cut the line). She spent hours on the phone with cable company met the service rep and fixed the issue quickly. The property is only one piece of the puzzle but Kelly makes this a perfect place to stay.

Fabulous stay on a Fabulous property

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Everything about this property was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone with lovely decorated rooms. You will not be disappointed. Within minutes of shops and the beach. We loved every moment.

Beautiful home, nearly perfect

The house is big, new, beautiful and extremely well-stocked with all kinds of appliances, kitchenware, towels, etc. The owner was a wonderful communicator, granted us an early check-in, and was very responsive. I gave this four stars but it should really be 4.5 stars. The reason for the deduction was: - upon check-in, there was no toilet paper in the house. After a long drive, this was not a welcome sight - the bedsheets and pillow cases were wrapped in plastic sitting on top of each bed. We had to put them on ourselves. In a house with 8 beds, this was no small task. - the internet was not very good, especially on the second and third floors. These are small things but worth something in my opinion, especially with a high cleaning fee. Everything else was great. It's near restaurants, the beach, the boardwalk, etc. The location is great. The house is great. I would stay there again for sure.

Great experience in Bayside

We have stayed many places in this particular community. It was a nice touch that all the linens were provided. The home was spotless and felt like home away from home. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay in this getaway spot.
