In the heart of Berlin, this modern 4-room apartment (110 square meters) welcomes you. Located in the Berlin-Moabit sub-district, which is part of the Berlin-Mitte district, both City-West and downtown Berlin are easily accessible. The apartment can accommodate up to 11 people. It features 3 separate bedrooms.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before every check-in. Check-in is done online and contactless.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire property. Free public parking is available right outside the front door. Upon request, a parking space can also be booked (10 euros/day), subject to availability.

3rd bedroom (also ideal as a family room): Large double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) + comfortable “Ligne Roset Multy” sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m)

4. Living room: 1x sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) + single bed (90 x 2.00 m).

You can easily explore various Berlin highlights via public transportation, whether it’s the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstraße, Kurfürstendamm, or Checkpoint Charlie. You’ll also find several bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Towels and bedding are, of course, included in the price. Cribs are available upon request.

Vacationers are also subject to a 7.5% culture and tourism tax, which is not included in the total price. Payment is due at the time of online check-in.
