We were able to walk to most places in Bergen from the hotel, Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the shower was very small and the doors had a big gap in between them which caused water to spread out onto the bathroom floor

Nice and quiet location just on the edge of the tourist area in Bergen. For those concerned about parking we parked in the KlosterGarasjen which has a pedestrian access point a short walk away from the hotel. Setting up an account with the EasyPark app made the process incredibly simple.

Old Bergen by the water

Great location, about a 10 min flat walk to the fish markets and old Bergen area. Next to the hotel is a lovely hill to the really old part of Bergen, the hills can be steep in that area.

This was my second property I stayed things look very similar They offer free breakfast buffet ,pretty good Very walkable to many areas I loved Bergen due to its nature and lay back life style For SOLO travel room is enough they are not big ,but clean ,this occasion they did clean my room after my 4 th day If you need to do self laundry best place to go is cleankoko DYL wash and dry for whole load will only cost you 150 NOK very clean and fancy self laundry.machines are fully dose its detergent so you DO NOT need any 14 minutes walk from the hotel Try to do there if time permits Bergen - Rosendal Fjord Floyen is best place to see the view from above

Great location few mins walk to get to the dead centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice common areas - bar & lounge. Good room sound proofing - nextdoor had a baby and we couldnt hear them. Clean rooms - shampoo, shower gel & hairdryer provided. Reasonable size Good choice at breakfast (veggie & vegan options) with good later weekend times. Checkout at midday - handy for later flights.

Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Room was good. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Easy walk to Ferry, Bryggen and Floibanen. We strongly recommend dining at Brydeloftet & Stuane Restaurant if you’re looking for a great meal. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Hallway floor doesn’t appear to be clean. Elevator needs updating

Central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room a good size but quite dark / it must me extremely difficult to be bright enough to pack and see in the winter. Room quite stuffy. Bed uncomfortable. Nice breakfast options. Sadly I wouldn’t return

Due to flight disruption I arrived at 02:30h, and the reception was staffed. A great relief. It was very good value and staff were relaxed and friendly. Rooms are typically basic but perfectly adequate. Most central parts of Bergen are an easy walk - and it's only 10 minutes walk to the light rail terminus.
