Everything about this hotel was great. The location was walking distance to almost everything, the room was very clean and the breakfast had a lot of options. The best part of my stay however was the service. The desk employees were the best, incredibly helpful and always smiling. I was greeted everytime in either entered or exited the hotel. Great experience and when I make it back this will definitely be my hotel.

Let’s start with the down side. You have to drag your luggage up a few steps to get into the hotel. But who cares? This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location near everything you want to see and do. The breakfast is terrific with a huge selection. But what really made our stay is the service we received. Warm and friendly, every staff member made us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying at this property whenever you’re in Bergen.
