Perfect for a golf trip!

Everything about the stay was really nice and smooth. We especially loved hanging out on the front porch, enjoying the nice weather, and watching people tee off.

We received notice that this was cancelled one hour AFTER check in. This was our sons wedding and ruined the rehearsal and day of wedding.

Weekend getaway

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway with a few friends, and this was perfect! There was more than enough bedding, linens and supplies. The refrigerator was broken, but the owner personally called me prior to our arrival to advise us and work out a plan. It was not a big deal for us at all. We did have 3 cars, so parking was a bit of an issue, but again, not a problem as we figured it out. Robert was very quick to reply to my questions and super friendly. The location was perfect and close to all the things we love in both Benton Harbor and St. Joe's. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely book again. All five of the adults that stayed were pleased. Thanks for a great place to stay!!

Beautiful Property - Great Location - Dirty Beds

This is a gorgeous house, a beautiful location, but when we reported dirty sheets, we didn't get a resolution. We did talk to a n agent of the property owner, but we literally after 3 requests never received a response from Evolve. It feels like a big company who doesn't care.

Unfortunate

This property did not appear as the online booking stated. The guest bathroom did not have a working toilet, the TV in the main living area did not work, the ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and the Wi-Fi did not work. After calling and reporting it all, the man that was sent out stated that he knew about all of the issues but wasn’t able to fix them. I don’t understand why they would continue to rent it out when they are misleading the customer. I highly recommend not staying here as I don’t believe they are reliable and trustworthy. Very disappointed and disgusted that our family was lied to.
