The house is very close to the sea about 350 meters from the beach with the beach name Baladrar in Benissa.
in the priceis all included (cleaning the entry and exit, light, water, gas, maintenance of the garden and pool Accident insurance, sheets and cleaning the sheets every week)
if you once in the house you like and want to stay longer we can reach an agreement with price, depending on how long you want to stay.
