Hermosa casa con vistas increĆ­bles.

Lo mejor de la casa sin duda son sus vistas. Puedes ver el mar y el peĆ±Ć³n de Calpe desde todas las estancias. Cenar en la terraza con la mejor vista posible. BellĆ­simo. La casa esta bien equipada y tiene mucho espacio. La piscina es perfecta y siempre limpia. Nosotros fuimos sin coche porque no pensĆ”bamos recorrer la zona. Si quieres tener mayor flexibilidad es indispensable el coche. Sin embargo, si solo quieres pasar unos dĆ­as disfrutando de la casa y de alguna cala cercana, Elena y Michel se ofrecen sin ningĆŗn problema a llevarte tanto a la playa como al supermercado. Son muy amables y simpĆ”ticos! Nos han brindado una gran ayuda. Hay un pequeƱo paseo por el bosque que comienza a unos 5 minutos de la casa. Muy bonito. TambiĆ©n puedes caminar a la playa, pero prepĆ”rate para la vuelta cuesta arriba. Nosotros no pudimos conseguir taxis en esta Ć©poca con tanta ocupaciĆ³n. Y dirĆ­a que el transporte pĆŗblico es inexistente casi. Son cosas a tener en cuenta. Hemos tenido unas vacaciones geniales! Muchas gracias a Elena y Michel!

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El entorno es muy bonito y tranquilo. Las vistas desde la casa son alucinantes. La piscina un punto a favor. Al estar en una colina se hace imprescindible el coche para todo, pero es el menor de los problemas porque el paisaje y la tranquilidad lo compensan.

Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour dans cet appartement, la vue est magnifique. Benissa est un beau village, les plages autour sont au top.. Seul petit bĆ©mol, il manque un matelas deux places chambre parentale !

Ā”Ā”Ā”Impresionantes vistas!!!!

Hemos estado alojados 2 adultos, una adolescente y una mascota durante 5 dĆ­as en Semana Santa en el apartamento de la planta superior. El apartamento estĆ” muy bien equipado, las estancias son amplias y confortables. Los propietarios, Elena y Michel, viven en la propiedad en la planta intermedia por lo que si necesitas algo estĆ”n a tu disposiciĆ³n. Son muy amables, cordiales, y saben respetar perfectamente la intimidad. Para mi gusto, la casa estĆ” decorada con mucho encanto, la he encontrado muy "chic". El salĆ³n, y los dos dormitorios, tienen unas vistas al mar y a la montaƱa que te dejan sin habla. La cocina, es pequeƱita, aunque tiene de todo. En cuanto a la terraza, es magnĆ­fica, tiene un buenĆ­simo tamaƱo, barbacoa, mesa, sillas, tumbona y unas vistas........, lo Ćŗnico malo ha sido que no hemos podido disfrutar mucho de ella porque en estos dĆ­as hacĆ­a viento. Ya se deduce que nos ha gustado mucho la casa, comentar que a mi (que cada vez veo menos) me gustarĆ­a que la iluminaciĆ³n no fuera tan tenue. La piscina no la hemos utilizado pues el tiempo no animaba a hacerlo. La televisiĆ³n tampoco la hemos utilizado, pues como hay wifi, los programas los hemos visto en el ordenador. No quiero terminar sin hablar del entorno, la casa estĆ” ubicada en la urbanizaciĆ³n Montemar, sin mucho esfuerzo, puedes acceder al monte (sin urbanizar) y dar un agradabilĆ­simo paseo con unas vistas de montaƱa y mar que te transmiten una tranquilidad y un sosiego que para mi son fundamentales y para mi mascota......... el paraĆ­so. Nuestra intenciĆ³n es repetir estancia, creo que con eso estĆ” todo dicho.

Apartamento muy bonito, cama de matrimonio muy cĆ³moda y muy buenas vistas

Los dueƱos son muy atentos, la terraza muy completa, con hamacas, barbacoa y unas vistas espectaculares. El comedor precioso, todo acristalado. La televisiĆ³n no sintoniza canales nacionales lo que nos permitio disfrutar todavĆ­a mĆ”s de la estancia. Las playas mĆ”s cercanas estĆ”n a unos 2/3 km pero merece la pena conducir un poco mĆ”s e ir a la de Moraira. Recomendado para desconectar unos dĆ­as en familia.

Un lugar para relajarse

Hemos estado 4 dias en esta magnifica casa. Todo un acierto. BuscĆ”bamos un lugar tranquilo para poder desconectar, y que a la vez, nos ofreciera todas las comodidades de un hogar.... y lo encontramos. La casa se encuentra a unos 2 km de la playa. En una zona de urbanizaciones muy tranquila. La casa dispone de 3 alturas. En cada altura hay una vivienda diferente. Las tres comparten la piscina. Nosotros estuvimos en la mĆ”s alta. Desde allĆ­, las vistas (sobre el mar y el PeĆ±Ć³n de Ifach) son muy bonitas. La vivienda tiene dos habitaciones (una de matrimonio y otra doble). Las dos bastante cĆ³modas y con vistas hacia el mar. El salĆ³n esta acristalado y ofrece unas magnificas panorĆ”micas de calpe y el PeĆ±Ć³n. El baƱo y cocina estĆ”n completamente amueblados. La cocina dispone de todos los electrodomĆ©sticos y menaje. La casa tiene WIFI. Tiene televisiĆ³n por cable pero no hay sintonizada ningĆŗn canal espaƱol. Nos ha servido para desconectar mĆ”s. Dispone de una terraza individual ENORME. Con su mesa para 6 personas, su barbacoa y sus hamacas. Todo preparado para que disfrutes de tu estancia y no eches en falta nada. La zona es muy tranquila. No dispone de tiendas cercas. Pero como es imprescindible el coche para moverse, las tiendas estĆ”n a 5 min. En el piso intermedio viven los dueƱos. Han sido una pareja muy amable que se han preocupado en todo momento de nuestra comodidad a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma. Les estamos muy agradecidos.
