It is located 180 m from "Playa Levante", 100 m from the supermarket, 100 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport, 6 km from the golf course, 8 km "El Albir" , 38 km from the "Alicante" train station and is located in a lively area next to the sea.

It has an elevator, terrace, iron, heat pump heating, community pool, open-air parking in the same building (space not guaranteed), TV, some have the option of air conditioning (for rent).
