Great getaway

We had the most perfect visit to Bemus Point. The house is wonderful. Very comfortable and fully stocked. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything. We will definitely rent again next year.

What a wonderful property!! Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I brought items typically not included at a property, but I didn’t need them this time! Perfect location to relax and still be close to the action. Owners were easy to communicate with and thoughtful. I would love to stay at this location or any of their other properties in the future!

Our stay could not have been better. The description of the home was spot on. Actually, we have never seen a cleaner property. It was walking distance to everything we wanted plus more. Our host gave us information on other events and was ever so helpful before and during our stay. Great location!

Quaint getaway in a charming town

Exceptionally well decorated and well kept property with owner’s attention to detail for the guests. Hosts are readily available for questions/answers and offer restaurant/area attractions! We would highly recommend this property to friends/family. Sunsets on the lake are a five minute walk away.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time. It was too bad the weather did not cooperate so we could sit outside on the beautiful porch. We were disappointed that all the stores were not open we were still able to keep ourselves busy. We did crazy things and had fun and relaxed. The only issue was that we were surprised to find that we had to make the beds. All the other places we have stay at the beds were made when we got there

Quiet and close to things

House was nicely located close to everything in town and the water. We had a little issue getting the door to open but Deb and Rick were quick to help and get it sorted out. The house is plenty big for a family of 8 comfortably, the layout upstairs is a little odd but is spacious.

Not just a House, but a Home

The house at Bemus Point was exactly as the pictured portrayed, but better. The complete renovation was extremely well done, with quality materials and fixtures. The aesthetics made us feel right at home, and the location can't be beat. We wil definitely consider another trip to thislocation and to this home--can't wait to se the great otdoor space.

Great home for our girls trip

With warm, sunny weather we spent time sitting & enjoying a most beautiful patio surrounded by flowers, trees - almost an enclosed oasis. A wide, comfortable front porch allowed us to spend evening outside also. A perfect place in which to continue celebrating our 70th B’day

We loved our stay here. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. We especially enjoyed the porch, patio with fire pit, and the ability to walk to the shops and restaurants. The host was responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Heart of Bemus Point

My family had a wonderful stay here. The entire feel of the home felt cozy and clean. There were so many spots to sit, relax and unwind. The landscaping was remarkable and the covered patio almost made us not want to leave and explore the rest of Chautauqua Lake! The Home is in walking distance of everything Bemus Point has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. The owner’s were very accommodating and communication was always within reach if something came up. Highly recommend this beautiful home that our family made lasting memories for years to come in!
