My heat was not working in my room. The front desk worker told me that they would flip the breaker. The heat started to work. I went to bed and woke up and my room was 50 degrees. The heat stopped working again over night. I again told the front desk that the heat was not working. They said they would flip the breaker again, the heat started to work. I was told that they would not compensate me because they flipped the switch and it came back on. They said I should have told them sooner. The front desk worker showed little concern that my room was 50 degrees. I paid for heat and should have had heat.

Room wasn't ready until 3:25. We rented the meeting room for a group of 50, but it only had 20 chairs. We had to go into the breakfast area to get more chairs. We had to do the same a year ago.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Like their "lobby curfew" and respect for quiet time. It made our staff really enjoyable. Beautiful view of the lake from our rooms and at the breakfast bar. We loved it!
