Bem razoavel, pelo valor tem opções melhores, a cama de casal era bem pequena, o ar não tinha capacidade para gelar o quarto, deixando o quarto bem quente, falaram que tinha garagem, quando cheguei tive que deixar o carro na rua, o café é bem razoável, não é bom igual fala o hotel, máquina de café não funcionava.

Deveriam ter deixado mais claro que o hotel é enorme e não tem vaga de garagem. Eles falam que tem, mas é minúsculo e obviamente nunca tem vaga disponível. O hotel em si é muito bom, atendimento foi otimo, mas foi decepcionante, pois eu fechei com o hotel apenas por causa do estacionamento.

Hotel bem localizado, conforto e limpeza do quarto dentro dos padrões. Atendente da noite de mau humor, negou estacionamento no início, como no hotéis.com não havia que o estacionamento era limitado, depois de muito questionamento, ele liberou o estacionamento e ao adentrar no recinto possuíam várias vagas. Liguei na recepção para solicitar mais toalhas, pq no quarto só havia 1 jogo e estávamos em 3 e ele me respondeu: se tiver mais reclamação é só ligar.

Barato e de baixa qualidade.

Os funcionários muitas vezes apresentavam má vontade em atender o cliente, muito diferente dos hotéis que já me hospedei em BH. O quarto não possuía coberta e na primeira noite dormimos sem ela. Os funcionários disseram que o hotel estava muito cheio e que não conseguiam fornecer itens básicos. Pedimos itens como talher de metal, copos de vidro e taça e o hotel não disponibilizou. Não tinha secador nem shampoo nos quartos. A torneira possuía água quente, o que é uma vantagem. O quarto não possui TV a cabo igual dizem, apenas um monte de tv senado e religiosa, globo e sbt , que eu descobri por acaso uma única vez e nunca mais achei pois não tem os nomes dos canais na tv ,apenas um monte de nomes aleatórios. No geral, dou 2 a 3 estrelas. O café da manhã é agradável mas nada com muita variedade. O quarto é bonito e amplo. O ar e a geladeira mesmo no máximo não gelam. O hotel é um pouco mais barato do que os da região mas poderia ser bem mais barato pelas coisas que deixa de oferecer.
