Nice house and the lake was beautiful. It was a little warm upstairs, but it was over 90 degrees outside. Over all, a nice place to spend your vacation.

So nice! Five of us stayed for a girls weekend. Any amenity you could think of they had! The view is amazing. So private and peaceful and lots to do in the surrounding area. Perfect!

Peaceful getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely and inviting home. It was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the water activities and look forward to returning again soon!

Wonderful Getaway

A wonderful, relaxing getaway. The property was charming, right on the lake with a great dock and excellent views. Plenty of rooms and sleeping options to accommodate everyone, even the crib was excellent. Close to Bellaire and Central Lake.

Fantastic getaway

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The location is beautiful, the lake is quiet and the kayaks and paddle boat were a hit with kids and adults alike! We had 5 adults and 6 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. I would highly recommend this rental and hopefully will be back!

Family fun!!

Lots of fun things to do! The floating lily pad was the favorite! Kids caught fish everyday. The property’s manager was very accommodating and easy to work with. Great Family getaway!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay & Intermediate Lake was very nice. We liked that we had the kayaks available. We did bring a pontoon & ski boat. We were able to park the pontoon at the dock. We pulled the ski boat at the end of the day - the boat ramp was very close.

Friends getaway

We loved how close the home was to the water and the layout of the home for our group. The hosts include many things to use on the water and plenty of chairs for our group. It was nice that there was a separate fridge in the garage where we put all of our beverages. Although we didn't have young children in our group, this would be the perfect place for young children given the smaller yard, plenty of water toys and easy entry into the water. Inside, there were kids toys and games as well. We brought a boat with us and enjoyed exploring the lake. The lake is interesting with some very shallow areas out toward the middle so take note if you plan to boat. Overall, this was a beautiful house and property that was in a location close to downtown Bellaire.

Sunset & Stars every night!

This property was so private and peaceful, we had use of fun water toys, a dock to keep pontoon that we rented from Northaire on, chairs, fire ring, picnic table, lake breezes so we didn’t even need AC! We had 8 in our group and the bathrooms were not the greatest, wish there was a 1/2 bath on 1st floor for daytime use. Wish there was a true master bedroom with a king sized bed too. Property manager did not fulfill request to replenish some supplies. Grill was unusable until cleaned - person showed up at 5:30 pm to clean it so we couldn’t grill steaks until 8:00pm and several guests had to leave that night without their dinner. The location was wonderful, and we enjoyed the lake!

Up north getaway

The home was spacious & spotless & soooo well stocked:)) We did have an issue with “fruit flies” when we arrived, I’m sure that is a seasonal occurrence. We could have had better lighting in the bedrooms for getting ready which Would have alleviated the use of 2 bathrooms & 5 ladies getting ready in the morning 🙃 Anyways the home was very comfortable & the view very peaceful. We would definitely recommend & return again🤗

The perfect weekend retreat

My group of 13 had the best weekend at this property! It was clean and tidy and had everything you could need! They even had a crib located in the room farthest away from the noise downstairs. We rented a pontoon which we could dock for the weekend and enjoy. The views at this property were amazing. We had the best weekend and hope to visit again!

Great stay!

Wow, what a great stay! The house was very clean and had a great view of the lake. Close to Torch Lake which was what drew us to the property. But Intermediate Lake is great, also. Very quiet but big enough for jet skis, kayaks, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Extended Family Retreat

Amazing experience for grandparents, kids and grandkids. Everyone had fun in the kayaks, paddle boat, floating pad and more. So much for every age level to enjoy. Toys and games for the house and yard too!

Girls Getaway

A beautiful home, secluded with an amazing view. It was about 40 minutes from Traverse City, where we traveled to the casino and wineries. The outdoor space allowed us to have bonfire one night. A great weekend getaway!

Very clean beautiful home on a beautiful peaceful lake. Loved the sunsets.

We had a wonderful time. So happy we had kayaks, paddleboat, and foam raft for all the kids to pile on. The home was very clean and provided for all our needs. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Views were gorgeous from all the large windows. Peaceful lake and beautiful sunsets. I give this place a 5 star.

Perfect Vacation Week

The place was perfect. The lake is beautiful. We vacationed with our adult children and their friends and everyone had a blast. Especially loved all the water toys we could use! We rented jet skis from a local rental and that worked perfectly too..

Beautiful property

Property and location was beautiful, home comes with kayaks and paddle boat to explore the lake and hang out at sandbar. Enough room for the whole family. Home is located perfectly and has tons of amenities to make your stay convenient and fun. Couple of things though, Refrigerator took almost 24 hours to get cold, also the home doesn’t have central Ac? Power went out in a couple rooms during our last night as well as ceiling fans. Overall good stay and worth the price and drive!

Great stay!

Location was perfect! Very clean and extremely well stocked house. Great communication with owners. Three families with young adults so 12 total and everyone loved the house and the property.
