This condo is a great place to stay for access to Sleeping Bear Dunes (Empire), Traverse City, Torch Lake, Bellaire, Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. There is a great coffee shop on M-88 and groceries within a couple of miles. We day tripped from the condo which was well appointed and very clean.

Cozy Condo @ The Chief

We enjoyed our fall getaway weekend at this comfortable condo adjacent to Shanty Creek/Schuss Mountain resorts and the Bellaire area. It is well-appointed with comfortable seating and beds. The kitchen has a nice assortment of dishes, glasses, cookware to prepare a nice meal on new appliances. There is a pretty view from the living/dining/kitchen area that overlooks the fairway and tree line with an expansive covered patio to enjoy watching golfers and nature (wild turkeys came for a visit) on fair weather days. WiFi was easy to connect with. High quality linens and towels are provided. Communication with property manager was excellent and prompt. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at this clean and well-maintained condo and would rent again.

Very clean place right on golf course. Plenty of hot water. The place was listed as including the pool at the resort, however, the pass had expired. Thankfully the mgmt company let us use their pass. Description of pool included needs to be removed. Otherwise, everything was fine.
