The Hotel Staff and cleanliness of the Hotel and Room was great. The hotel is 6 floors and only one of the two elevators was working. The Elevator(s) are hydraulic ones and are super slow. One elevator that runs slow was insufficient for a 6 floor medium size hotel. The Breakfast Buffet was a Joke for $14.00 per person. I should of asked for my money back, but we paid at the front desk before we saw the buffet. Any Holiday Inn Express or Hampton inn has a better selection and a better attendeda buffet. The selections was weak, frozen waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage Link and Super Cold Hash Brown Potatoes. The Hashbrowns weren't even warm, they were cold. They had some mixed cut fruit and a bread station and cereal station that you would find at any other similar brand of hotel. Overall, Rooms and Cleanliness of Hotel were great. Elevator out of order and slow and horrible breakfast buffet were very disappointing.

Room was spotless, modern and extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were fantastic and check-in/check out was fast and easy. The bar/restaurant (great service and lovely food/drinks) is a great place to unwind. The proximity to the airport really cannot be beat, especially if you have an early morning flight (the shuttle take less than 5 minutes from point to point).

Smelled like dog piss in lobby, elevators & lobby restaurant. Walls are paper thin, heard dogs barking & alarm clocks in surrounding toom & upstairs. Not a great sleep with all that going on. Bummer from a newer hotel.

We have had a mild winter. The thermostat does not go below 65 degrees. The windows don't open. It was hot in our room. We called down to the desk asking for a fan and they couldn't find any. I will be putting this review on hotels.com.
