Villa moderna (centro de Begur) con vistas al pueblo y al mar

Villa Begur es nuestro hogar, pero como somos expatriados no siempre podemos disfrutarlo, por lo que lo ofrecemos para alquileres de vacaciones a corto plazo durante los períodos en los que no estamos.

Es una casa de vacaciones espaciosa y moderna a cinco minutos a pie de la plaza central de la villa medieval de Begur. Disfruta de impresionantes vistas del pueblo y del Mediterráneo. Fue construido a un alto nivel en 2005 con todo lo que se puede esperar de una casa de vacaciones moderna de lujo. Tener acceso a pie a la ciudad cambia completamente la forma en que disfrute de Begur. Puede caminar a la plaza central de Begur, así como a sus restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y tiendas. Su automóvil solo es necesario para viajes a las áreas circundantes, incluidas, por supuesto, las playas de la Costa Brava. También puede caminar o andar en bicicleta a lo largo de los hermosos senderos del interior, así como la pista costera ("Cami de Ronda"), todos los cuales están señalizados y bien mantenidos.

La casa es espaciosa y está inteligentemente diseñada.

El nivel de entrada del piso superior contiene el garaje incorporado, la cocina, el comedor, el salón y dos áreas de comedor al aire libre (una de ellas es la terraza exterior que da al pueblo y al mar y la otra está ubicada en su propio jardín privado). Ambas áreas de comedor al aire libre están equipadas con una mesa y sillas para seis personas. Toda la sala de estar de arriba y la terraza al aire libre se benefician de las increíbles vistas al pueblo y al mar. Por la noche, Begur y su castillo medieval se iluminan creando un espectacular telón de fondo. El jardín compartido y la piscina también se benefician de las maravillosas vistas.

El siguiente nivel contiene los cinco dormitorios, cuatro baños y la lavandería (con lavadora, secadora y mesa de planchar). Tres habitaciones tienen su propio acceso directo al jardín privado que conduce a la piscina (compartido con otras tres casas).

Hay aire acondicionado y calefacción central en toda la casa además de una gran televisión, acceso a internet, wifi y un Apple TV que te permite acceder a música y películas a través de tu cuenta de Apple.

Una barbacoa está incluida.

Estancia perfecta

Desde que reservamos este alojamiento, hemos tenido una comunicación fluida con los propietarios, que han sido muy atentos con nosotros. La villa es preciosa con una ubicación privilegiada, a tres minutos caminando del centro de Begúr, y unas vistas inmejorables. Cómoda y muy bien equipada, perfecta para disfrutar y conocer la Costa Brava en familia.

Bike training from Begur

We spent a lovely week in this beautiful village on the Costa Brava. The house was spotless despite the oven being broken and the legs of one of the single beds. The owners had advised us that the oven had been reported broken by the previous landlords and they took steps to repair the oven, but the repairman was unable to do so during our week, probably due to a lack of parts. The historic village center is just a few minutes' walk away, and the view from the balcony is magnificent.

Fantastic villa in Begur

We were a group of 6 friends who hiked, played scrabble, did some sight-seeing, and enjoyed some good food and wine, all while looking out over the town of Begur and the sea. The view is fantastic! We took the same photo over and over, at sunrise, sunset etc. The villa is very well equipped. We found everything we needed in the spacious kitchen and it is just a short walk to a grocery store and numerous restaurants. The house accommodated the six of us quite well with some of us sharing a room. The drive in is a bit daunting the first time - quite a narrow street with a surprising small hill - but over time we got quite used to it. It is easy to walk for groceries and shopping but a car was nice to have a vehicle to get to the start of some hikes or to visit the neighbouring villages and towns which are all beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend it to anyone.

New Year with view to castle and sea

Two families with kids 10-13y spent a wonderful timeout over new year. Spacious kitchen-dining-living room opens up to great view on the castle of Begur and the sea - nicely separated bed rooms below. We had all we needed. Many thanks for a great time.

A Week in Begur

Our family spent a wonderful week in Begur! This villa was perfect, the views amazing, truly a lil slice of heaven. It was very well equipped, in a great location, an easy walk to town. A wonderful villa in a spectacular location

This beautiful villa was the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Superbly comfortable, it was decorated and maintained to a very high standard. It had everything we needed and more, state of the art fitted kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic terrace from which it was hard to tear yourself away, the views of the med and the village are amazing. We loved Begur town which was a short walk away. We ate in lots of different restaurants and found the Spanish people friendly and helpful. Loret de Mar this is not. Our favourite restaurant was Sa Rascassa in Aiguafreda. Richard and Ana were excellent hosts and we cannot wait to return.

Very nice vila!

We stayed in the house for a little longer (over 4 weeks) and had an extremely nice holiday from start to finish. The accommodation is very clean, both the check-in process and the general communication with the host was quick and easy and the view of Begur, the sea and the castle is spectacular. If something is not right, Enric solves the problem immediately. He lives nearby, so he can be on site quickly. We can recommend the house to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday with the family. The good thing is that the house is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, all kitchen utensils, barbecue, towels, own garage etc. Nothing was missing. You can walk to town in 5 minutes and in 7-9 minutes by car you reach the three beautiful beaches (Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava). Thanks again and we will definitely be back.

Perfect Villa and location

Had a wonderful stay staying in a villa that felt so homely and had all the facilities that we needed. Location and views was fantastic with a five minute walk into Begur. Even though it was Christmas we found enough shops and restaurants open. The host Richard was very attentive and provided us with all the necessary info we required. Would not hesitate in recommending the villa and staying there again. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

Highly recommended! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has amazing views of the Mediterranean. Additionally, the village of Begur is quaint, beautiful, and has fantastic restaurants. Richard is fantastic to work with—very responsive, thorough, and helpful.

Family Holiday with 3 kids

we enjoyed the time at the house a lot, when being there for 10 days in October. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. Richard and his wife answered questions immediately, but to be honest, we didn't have much. The location and area around the house is very quiet and relaxing. Nevertheless it's just minutes by foot to the center of Begur, the Supermarket or a Bakery. Finally, the house, was perfect for our needs and from there we could explore beaches, towns and all things in the Begur area.

Beautiful Begur

Amazing property with incredible views, facilities above & beyond, felt like home. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, dealt with small issue we had with balcony light immediately. Beautiful area with sea only 10min away by car, small town had many good restaurants & local supermarket just minutes away, so handy for fresh breakfast in the morning. Town was very traditionally Spanish & people very warm & friendly, we also happened to be there for an amazing Cuban festival with fantastic music. Would definitely return
