Magnificent new villa (2018) in modern style with a splendid view of the sea, the bay of Sa Riera and the Mendes Islands. In a modern atmosphere, you are invited to feel truly free of everything and to recover. The house is located on the outskirts of the small town of Begur in a quiet area 950 m from the beach of Sa Riera.
Private swimming pool (3.5 x 8 m) accessible from May to October and garden 150 m2
On the main floor, at the garden level, you have the living / dining room and the open American kitchen as well as a bedroom with private bathroom.
On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom with its private bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and separate WC.
All rooms have air conditioning or heating.
