The room we stayed in had a large patch in the ceiling that needed to be painted. There was not adequate lighting in the room. The bedskirts were not properly placed on the beds and so the visual was uncovered mattress. At breakfast, the hot food items of eggs and bacon(?) were gone. The facility looked very worn.

Needs A little attention

Toilet didn't fill up after flushing and sink would not drain. Also the pool was about 50 degrees. Drink vending machine was out of water and sprite.

Breakfast had good choices. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water. Restaurant next door had lots of choices and delicious food. Didn’t use the pool and hot tub, but they looked appealing. There was no soap for hand washing, but was supplied when asked. There were used pillowcases left on the bed by the housekeeper. I returned to the front desk.

I have another review. Invest some money in maintenance your hotel is a junk heap. Don't advertise and tell someone the pool is working and warm when it is ice cold. Don't advertise non smoking and then try to put your guests in dirty smoking stench or mildew stench rooms. Get new toilets rather than telling your guests how to get the toilets to flush( there is a sign on every toilet! )

No night time front desk staff

We arrived late at night (or early in the morning depending how you look at it), and the front lobby was unattended. The front door was locked and there were no lights. We callled numbers provided in emails and got a full voicemail message or voicemail not available or set up after just one or two rings. We had no choice but to go to a neighboring hotel and get a room there. We called the next day about a refund since the room had been prepaid and they refused saying if we arent there by a certain time it is a no show. I've never heard of a hotel not staffing their front desk overnight. That seems irresponsible on many levels.

A nice break in travel

Great location and very nice and friendly people. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the hot tub too after a long day on the road

Checked in and when we went to the room it had not been cleaned. Got another roomband the bed was made but that was it. Sticky night tables from drinks, toothpaste in and around the sink. Slept on top of the sheets!
