Of the 4 locations I stayed, this was probably the nicest location for a place located in the middle of no where Utah. The only complaint was how tiny the shower was. It seemed well enough built internally and externally, the staff was prompt, the breakfast was a hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy across the board, but that's all a hotel is right? A place to stay for a night before heading to the next destination. Acceptable location to stay.

Great location in Beaver. The hotel has character and generally has been kept up over the years. Inn sent several text messages regarding booking and check in. Room was spacious with many lamps that have plugs at base, large closet, refrigerator (w/ freezer), desk and reading chair. Bathroom was bright and well layed out. Unfortunately, the sink p-trap was clogged (which I cleaned out). The king bed was comfortable but didn't have a top sheet. Buffet breakfast was great with many hot (oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles) and cold selections, fruit, coffee and juice.

The first room we got the smoke alarm was chirping, bathroom had hair and publics all over and hair on pillows. Was given another room and there was a used tube of toothpaste laying next to bed. Paying a $177 for a room is expensive and too expensive for dirty rooms

Unlikely to return

Mattress nearing end of life. I dropped something on the floor. When I bent down to pick it up, all around the bed frame there was a thick layer of dust and crumbs. And there was a bottle cap, a broken piece of plastic, and a used Vape device. The best things about the place were the fridge which kept my essential items cold, and the air-conditioning.

$225 for an outdated room with no shampoo. A lingering smell in the room. Noisy outside in the common areas/ patios until after 11:30 with other guests drinking and taking loudly… grounds were clean but the rooms were not very clean. Extremely poor value for what we paid. $100 deposit on our card and takes a week or more to come off. Much Better values in town
