We were there for the Parris Island boot camp graduation. I booked a king bed. Handicap accessible room with roll in shower. My husband is a combat veteran with bilateral leg amputations. When we checked on we were told there was only one more handicapped room and it was taken. The room we got was ok. It would have been better if my husband could have a shower. We would hope , at least, we could get a refund for the difference we paid.

The beds and pullout were uncomfortable and we all woke up with back pain. The sink and tub would not drain properly, which made showering and such difficult. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. Breakfast was tasty (wish there was another waffle maker). Gentleman at the front desk was friendly, informative and quick.

There was a huge towel issue. One of the days housekeeping wasnt suppose to clean the room, they came in our rooms only to take any dirty towels. They did nothing else. We also were told in am no towels were available, we had no bath towels in the room, we were given ‘pool’ towels The lady taking care of the breakfast room, looked like her daughter was there both of our days, she was rude butting in while we were trying to get our breakfast. I understand she had had babysitting issues but the girl should not be helping herself to food with paying guests!

When i checked in staff was excellent! When checking the front staff...he was very rude!!!! I first went to the desk to checkout and he wasnt there. I went to ask the housekeeper and asked about front staff. She yelled his name when i was walking back to the front desk. He came around the corner looking like he just woke up, pulling his pants up and was very rude with asking about my grandchild getting in the pool. He could've spoke to me in a better tone! I couldnt help that he was tired and didnt wantto work slidding into his shoes! VERY UNPROFESSI
