Safe, clean property with friendly staff

Upon check in, i was greetimg.by staff who were very friendly and courteous. The lobby area was clean. Upon entering the room, i was surprised how clean and apaceous it was. The bed was comfortable. The location was very accessible to restaurants and, shopping. It's in a commercial district that felt safe.

As soon as we exited the elevator on the second floor, the odor of mold or simply unclean carpet hit us. The same order was in the room, we checked in on 05/16 and the air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning at its best. The telephone in the room wasn’t working, nor was the iron. There were very visible spots and stains on the top comforter’s overlay. When addressed, the iron was replaced with a new one. Our stay wasn’t the worst, but the order in the hallways should definitely be fixed!

Our stay was fine. We had to wait to check in as the attendant was ordering food. Our room was nice, however the bathroom smelled of weed, the refridgerator that we were planning to use did not work, and the bedspread was stained or dirty.
