Tenants responsible for recycling and keeping lids on cans, or fines to be paid by tenant. Propane refills for gas grill to be supplied by tenant. Great beach, close to Beach Havens attractions, shops and restaurants. No more than 4 cars on property at any time.. Owner offers a reduced security deposit of $750 with the purchase of the damage insurance.$70. Hot tub addendum must be signed with lease.
