Newly updated duplex with interior staircase to accommodate large families, yet maintaining separate private living areas for split rentals. Cozy, bright and welcoming, this ocean block house in Brant beach is just 7 houses to the beach. Conveniently located just 1 block to Brant Beach Yacht Club, and a short walk or bike ride to Bayview beach where you can enjoy pickle ball courts, basketball, a dog park, try out paddle boarding or kayaking, enjoy fire pit Friday’s on the beach, and tiki bar and music on Sundays. New mini split A/C, pavers in the side and rear yard as well as fencing for privacy. New front deck and 3/4 bath off of upstairs master bedroom. Open kitchens and new granite countertops. Kitchens are fully stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, glasses, keurigs, and so much more. All new furniture, new bedding, new smart televisions in bedrooms and living areas in 2021. Weber grills. 5 beach badges included per rental (10 for whole house). Washer and Dryer in each unit for convenience. New fireplace in fall 2021, perfect for those fall weekends.
Our house is a 2 minute walk to Brant Beach Yacht Club, perfect for wedding parties and guests for long weekends in the fall and spring.

Our family used the house for a three-day Thanksgiving gathering and enjoyed it immensely. Appreciated being such a short walk from the beach! Having the two kitchens and dining areas was a great feature, as was the large upstairs living room. Bedrooms all worked well for our needs, too. Too chilly in late November to take advantage of the outdoor furniture and the game room but imagine they’d be a lot of fun in the summer.

We rented this entire home, 1st and 2nd floors, for the week of our daughter’s wedding at the Brandt Beach Yacht Club this past weekend. We were within easy walking distance to the venue. The home was nice and clean, with spacious common areas and bedrooms. The kitchens were very well-stocked, the showers had great water pressure. The deck and back yard were great for family gatherings. We had access to a garage for additional refrigerator storage and games. Access to the beach was incredibly convenient. The owner, Tom, was very responsive to any questions I had, and he sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in Brant Beach

Our host was very communicative and available for any help/assistance needed during our stay. The property was clean and well appointed with conveniences. Multiple smart tvs throughout the house and in most of the bedrooms. Fenced in yard was great for our dog and young child. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing

This was an absolutely amazing property! The host was so communicative, and kind. He helped us through the entire process of checking in, the property had everything we needed. This was amazing location wise! Only a block from the beach! I was so happy to stay here and return to LBI, a place where I used to stay most of my summers.
