In der Wohnung war alles, was man benötigt. Alles war ok, aber mehr nicht. Sonst machen wir Urlaube in Fewos an Nord- ind Ostsee, die Wohnungen dort haben bei vergleichbarem Preis insgesamt eine höhere Qualität.

Toller und sehr entspannter Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung, in der auch unsere beiden Hunde willkommen waren. Der Kontakt mit Steffi funktionierte reibungslos und war sehr herzlich. Die Ferienwohnung besticht auch durch ihre Lage: Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen - Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Café… Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, aber...

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist landschaftlich toll gelegen und die Gastgeber-Familie war sehr freundlich.Allerdings hatten wir das Problem, dass die Wohnung vor unserem Aufenthalt einige Wochen nicht vermietet war, wir kamen in eine kalte Wohnung, alle Heizungen waren aus und der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat den ganzen Aufenthalt über stark gerochen, wobei wir nicht wirklich unterstützt wurden. Weitere Kleinigkeiten wie nicht festgeschraubte/-geklebte Fußleisten und ein Holzbrett mit Nägeln auf der Terrasse haben dazu geführt, dass wir uns nicht wirklich wohlfühlen konnten, gerade weil wir mit einem Baby vor Ort waren. In der Ski-/Sommer-Saison sicherlich eine tolle Unterkunft, in der Nebensaison allerdings gibt es viel Raum für Verbesserungen.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir sind sehr freundlich von der Gastfamilie empfangen wurden. Der Check In war problemlos. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und mit allen ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Ca. 500 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt ist ein Bäcker und Edeka Markt. Zu Fuß ohne Probleme erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Abreise viel uns daher sichtlich schwer und wir kommen gern wieder.

Liebe Steffi, lieber Andi, leider ist unser schöner Urlaub bei euch schon zu Ende. Die Unterkunft war für uns mit unseren vier Kindern wirklich top, die Freunde direkt im gleichen Haus oben drüber zu wissen war noch ein weiteres Highlight. Gemütlich, geräumig und perfekt gelegen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem schön renovierten und gemütlich eingerichteten Apartment. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super und es gibt viele Kommoden und Stauraum für Kleidung. Mit drei Erwachsenen+Kind hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Auch die großzügige Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Essen und Entspannen, wenn es das Wetter erlaubt. Unsere sympathischen Gastgeber halfen uns sofort bei allen Fragen weiter, sei es zur Wohnung, zum Ort oder Skifahren/ Aktivitäten. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

1 wunderschöne Woche Winterurlaub

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden. Schon die Kommunikation vor unserem Urlaub klappte hervorragend. Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Da wir zu sechst waren, kam das große ausziehbare Sofa im Wohnzimmer als Schlafgelegenheit zum Einsatz. Nach einem langen Skitag, hatten wir da auch mit unseren Enkelkindern genug Platz zum Relaxen. Es ist alles so, wie in Wort und Fotos beschrieben. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett und unkompliziert! Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles! Wenn wir nicht jedes Jahr ein anderes Skigebiet erkunden würden, würden wir gern wiederkommen. Aber vielleicht lockt uns die große Terrasse (von 2 Zimmern aus sofort begehbar) im Sommer noch einmal!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, man kann sehr viele Ausflugsziele von dort erreichen. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und bietet Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man brauchen könnte. Und wenn doch was fehlen sollte, dann werden die Wohnungsbesitzer sicherlich sich bemühen es Ihnen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Um die Wohnung und die Gäste kümmert sich Frau Böhmer. Die Frau Böhmer ist eine sehr angenehme, kommunikative junge Frau, die sich stetig bemüht den Aufenthalt zur vollsten Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu gestalten. Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt

Das sympathische, unkomplizierte Vermieterehepaar hat sich prima um unser Wohlergehen als Gäste gekümmert und hatten auch die ein oder anderen lohnenswerten Ausflugstipps parat. Durch die gute Lage der Wohnung konnten wir alle wichtigen Punkte (Bäcker, Edeka, Restaurants, Wanderwege) in Bayrischzell fußläufig erreichen, unser PKW konnte problemlos direkt an der FeWo abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung ist großräumig, modern eingerichtet und hat es an nichts missen lassen, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum Relaxen und der Gasgrill hat mein Grillherz geweckt. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen und haben eine sehr schöne Skiwoche verbracht.
