Group of 8 men in town for a casino trip. The Porch is great. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Clean, spacious, and quiet with a nice yard. Owner was in contact with me regularly and answered questions quickly. Can’t recommend enough.

Great Family Retreat

My family (5 adults) rented the home for several days for CtC. The home was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough for us to get everywhere we needed to go on a golf cart. The side porch was a favorite place for all of us to gather. Parking underneath the house was great for us to have 3 large vehicles and a golf cart. The water pressure was great, toilets all works, the shower and all drains were not clogged. There were closets and a chest of drawers in each bedroom for clothing storage, and ample space to store suitcases while staying. The house did not have an odor and neither did the drains. The house did not vibrate when other members were walking in the house. This was a very pleasant stay and we will be renting again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

The property is a great place to stay. It meets all of our needs. We do our college fantasy football draft annually and we have been to this property the last two years. We plan on going back again next year.

Great place and host!

Beautiful, spacious house with fantastic amenities, close to the bay/beach and shops/grocery. The host, Jaclyn, was beyond nice, very accommodating and responsive. This place is a must-stay. Great for families.

Treasure in the Bay!

Really an awesome property and this is our second time to stay here. Encourage you to book it. Comfortable beds, spacious, relaxing vibe and super clean. Big kitchen, giant porches for coffee/grill. Zero complaints. Excellent response by property manager. Bay St Louis is such a hidden Mississippi treasure. We were in town for a high school graduation and it happened to be a Pirate Festival downtown. haha. 5 Stars! We'll be back

Love this place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so beautiful and comfortable for our group. We were there celebrating our friend who is getting married. We had a group of 10 and 11 a couple of nights. The house is very roomy. The kitchen provided an awesome place for us to cook meals. We really enjoyed the outdoor area as well. It had a great view as we sat and drank coffee in the mornings. The house location is great to enjoy all the local shopping and restaurants. The owner was so great to work with from the time we reserved it till the moment we checked out. We would surely stay here again. Everyone in our group just loved the place.

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful house with everything that you need! We loved the wrap around porch, and it was a quick drive to downtown (minutes). We had 10 guest (6 adults and four kids). It was spacious and we never felt crammed. The host was also so nice and quick with responses during the trip and prior. We will definitely be back!

Nice place, attention to little details would make a big difference

Overall a nice place in a very nice location. The home and yard are well maintained. A few minor quibbles and one not so minor. First with 9 guests we had a total of 4 coffee cups. (down from the 5 a previous reviewer had mentioned lol) There were 2 Keureg machines which was handy since one was broken. No shampoos or bar soap provided but adequate and nice towels. The one major quibble is the listing showed 3 Baths, the detailed description said 2.5 baths, we could not find the half bath, perhaps it was behind a hidden door? With 9 guests that extra toilet would have been nice. Would recommend for younger families with kids, older folks might find the stairs tiresome.

Good location

Good location. Excellent parking under house to keep vehicle out of sun. Easy walk to the bay. Living area is large. 3 bedrooms. 1 super sized bedroom and bath. 1 br has two bunk beds good for young people. Not so great for older guests. If you have lots kids it’s perfect. Ice maker didn’t work and dishes and glasses were not plentiful. There are plenty of wine coolers! 1 in the bedroom too. Nice large screen TVs make for a nice weekend football get away. There was one odd request, wash all your dishes and replace before leaving. Most property managers just say put in the dish washer and start it. Which is way more convenient. Especially if you are checking out early morning. Like the place and appreciate the availability.

Weekend wit Friends

House was lovely and a good quiet location. Problem was the kitchen was so poorly equipped with cooking utensils. We had only five coffee cups for seven guest. Very difficult to prepare anything. Microwave did not work and only one dish towel was available. Other than that all was great.
