Spacious and comfortable room for 4. The room was clean and fit our needs well. The property was easy to find and within walking distance of attractions. Good communication for online check in. Parking was off site, but a manageable walking distance. The area was quite loud outside, but we didn't mind since we were so tired. No lift.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Bath, great location. Right next to the park and ride bus stop, which was super convenient to get rid of our luggage and settle In before hitting the shops and sights. Highly recommend staying here, this was our second time staying in this location.

We loved the location. It truly could not have been better situated. Beds were really comfortable too. The only issue we had was getting checked in. We arrived , pressed the intercom to give our name. I also had our confirmation number, but we were told we needed a code. Apparently that should have been emailed to us. We stood there on the street with all our luggage searching for an email with a code, but we couldn't find one. The person on the intercom took our phone number and said someone would call us to straighten this out. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no phone call, a tenant from the apartments was exiting and she let us in. We then checked ourselves in and found our room. This started off our stay truly on the wrong foot. That really was the only issue we had, but that procedure should be addressed, as it was upsetting.

The apartment was very nice with all the necessities. Housekeeping emptied trash and cleaned the bathroom daily. The only drawback is that it is located directly above a bus stop which is very loud.

Check in experience made the whole experience horrible as they were supposed to email me an apt number and address but they didnt so we're stabding ourside in the cold trying to figure out our apt number. they had to call another company or other? finally gave us our apt #. Great location at the center of the city.

The apartment is in a very good location, everything is central. Easy access to the apartment and it has all the essentials you’d need. However, there was no air con in the room which we felt we needed as the weather outside was really warm. Other than that, it was perfect!

Its a great location however being on the third floor and no lift can be quite a struggle, Its well set out however there is an issue with the drains in our room and was very unpleasant at night also a bag of dog poo on our window ledge not nice!! More care needs to be taken with updating - shower area looks sad and worn, ceiling black around sky light over cooker etc - it looks neglected. Needs a a general handy man to fix issues as well as the door which annoyingly rattles everytime somebody closes their door. Spend some money and get these small jobs done and get the rooms inspected regularly

Nice city-centre apartment

Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night.

Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment once you're in.

Difficult to find. Directly in front of a bus stop - lots of characters by the front door. Check in was difficult. I had to help another couple check in as well - you needed one very specific number in an email. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Parking was 10 minute walk away. Apartment was a studio. Small kitchen.

Amazing accommodations, made me wish I was here for fun and not work. Would be a lovely place to spend days exploring Bath. Clean, modern, spacious and with a great view! Only downside would be address instructions as it seemed to imply trim street Westgate properties so I of course went to trim street. That did not take away from the very pleasant shock of seeing how lovely the place was. I forgot all my anger at having to walk an extra 5 minutes. I will definitely be back!

Almost 10/10 - slow internet speed warning.

The apartment is lovely. The location is perfect. The decor and attention to detail is immense. The Internet is terrible. I was unable to work from the room and my conference calls kept dropping until I switched to my mobile data. I did a check on my laptop and the top speed was 3mbs! Totally unusuable for anything but reading an online paper.
