This two-bedroom villa is nestled in St. Kitts' exclusive Christopher Harbour gated community, offering luxury and tranquillity. Just a few minutes walk away, the stunning oceanfront clubhouse features a swimming pool and private beach access. A tennis court is right in front of the villa.
The villa boasts screened balconies on three sides, creating a spacious and airy living environment. Natural mountain breezes flow through the home, keeping it cool and comfortable even on the hottest day.

The villa features two en-suite bedrooms located on opposite sides of the house, offering maximum privacy for guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, and a convenient center island with a washer and dryer neatly tucked underneath. All areas have AC units.

Three balconies provide versatile spaces: one for dining, another with a work station, and a third with a wooden floor, ideal for enjoying coffee or practicing yoga. Overlooking the tennis court and stunning mountain views, the villa creates a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind and embrace a healthy, peaceful lifestyle.

The tennis court the left side of the villa is free to use.

From the villa, it takes only 3 minutes to access the free beach through a private entrance, where you can enjoy swimming in the beautiful sea or catch some waves when the swell is up! Take note this beach is on the Atlantic side of the island so there are waves and one should be an experienced swimmer to enter.
