The villa comprises two apartments spread across two levels, with an additional outside basement level featuring a heated private pool. Situated in one of the most desirable residential areas in Makarska Riviera, guests can enjoy the picturesque coastline and mountains just minutes away from Baška Voda and a short 10-minute drive from the city of Makarska.

The villa's four air-conditioned bedrooms each have a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa also has two fully equipped, modern kitchens to suit every need, opening up to the dining area and a comfortable living room. There's a grill with an outside dining area to enjoy preparing fresh fish and having an al fresco dinner.
