Lil home away from home

honestly it was good, it was a quick trip home for a funeral and it was close by to what we needed. the hot water didnt last to long but it was good enough. the only thing i was not expecting was a 200. deposit. the paper work clearly stated 100 and the form they had. i didnt argue i just was confused why.. the staff were amazing and everyone made us feel welcomed. i would stay here again. it was the best rest i got in a while. if you looking for simple rest/shower/quiet. its here. we stay here because of errands and family event. value was worth it for my family.

This is a motel, not a hotel. They advertise a shuttle. they said they have a shuttle, but no driver. It was clean, but very basic with very old furniture. No diner options in hotel. Limited food options near hotel. Staff was pleasant. they said it was under renovations.

Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the comfy bed, close location to the airport and the nice rooftop pool. However, it wasnt clean, lots of renovation noise (and water interruption), breakfast was a meat sandwich in a plastic takeaway container, and the staff were friendly but not super helpful. Lowest price we could find on Guam, but not sure I'd stay again.

Amidst renovations, an adequate place to stay

I was in Guam on business and this hotel was really close to the airport but kind of in the middle of the drive to other places. The property is in the middle of renovations by a new owner and it's clearly an old property. The staff was amazing and very helpful, but the hotel has the vibe of an old motel that's being fixed up. Once the renovations are done, it'll be a great place to stay because it's between a variety of places to go, so it's convenient from that perspective. The cost was reasonable considering it's not in the resort area and it's close to the airport, but it wasn't quite worth the money yet--it will be after the renovations and once the hotel is up to Best Western standards. I might stay there again in the future, but it'll depend on other hotels' prices.

Hotel had note in room cannot use tap water other than bathing. You must drink bottled water. The hotel “sold” water for double the price at store next to hotel. It’s an old place really just for a stop over. I wouldn’t recommend.

Booked 3 nights here. Left after the first nights because of big cockroaches and flies in the room and booked a different hotel. I even called someone at the front desk to come up and kill one of the cockraoches. He was very gracious, apologetic and did so. Upon check out the front desk said to contact Expedia to refund the amount for unused nights. I did that. Expedia contacted the property manager who has refused to refund the money for those nights. Not a good experience at all. Stand behind your hotel and if it is truly not up to standard, then do the honourable thing and compensate your customers. But that didn't happen. Don't bother to book here - your room WILL have bugs and you will not get any money back.
