I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room was too small and lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator. There were no hand towels provided, and if you needed one, you had to go all the way to the lobby to get it—definitely not convenient. Breakfast was another letdown. Although it’s advertised until 10:00 AM, by 9:30 AM there was no coffee, no fruit, and no empanadas. When I asked, the response was simply, “We don’t have any more.” I paid extra for this service, and it was not delivered as promised. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant food is good.

Sorry I only speak english Not one single person in the hotel staff spoke english. This is a big deal and they should say in their website or reservations that nobody there at the hotel is going to speak English. It was very frustrating just to check in.
