Property is beautiful, pool is great but the staff is horrible. We asked for more towels, clean our rooms etc. nothing happened. Took 45 min to ck in. I have an emotional support prescription they charged me to have my dog then gave me the money back when I asked for the manager to ck the prescription again. Service is bad and slow.

The description for the room types does not mention that some rooms are located in a section of the hotel that is isolated from the main building. The hallways on that section do not have A/C, and are dark/depressing. Reaching that part of the hotel requires using stairs. People with mobility problems or senior citizens might find using the stairs challenging. That information is not disclosed in the room description.

Though it’s a vintage hotel it is of the upper class. The service is A+. The food was great. And the staff went far and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Also they maintained in order and cleanliness at all times.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights thinking it’s peaceful and clean. However, they are renting their venue for weddings and this weekend they had 3 weddings and some other party going on. The music was blasting until 3 in the am and I had to get up at 5am for my medical treatment. The cleanness is lacking big time, it’s an old place; at the reception they don’t have anything only one chair to sit, no water to drink nothing. The power goes on and off. The staff try their best, they are always asking if you need anything, nice people; however the management seem like they couldn’t care less. It’s overpriced for the facility it offered, we paid $90 a night, it’s absolutely not worth it. I have made complaints about the noise but again they can’t do anything. Unpleasant experience and I’m moving out to another hotel right now:(

A/C was weak. Room was extremely humid and smelled. We called the front desk and they said it was due to a power outage and they were functioning with the power plant which was not powerfull enough for the a/c to work properly.
