Good Hotel

Good hotel in a good area with nice restaurants, within walking distance to two good areas to go out (La 88 y La 44). Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was not great but good enough. The Wifi is not great and the cable comes and goes a bit. The cleaning staff do a good job even though they make you work to get fresh towels and more toilet paper. The pools are nice and clean. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower.

They have an Excellent! Customer Service. The hotel looks clean and very well maintained it looks even better now than 2 years ago when we stayed here. Congratulations! If we can make a suggestion it will be just to improve the quality and number of towels in the room. It feels really nice to get more than 2 towels per room. Good quality towels and generous number of them help to make you feel pampered and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely experience in your hotel we will recommend it to everyone.
