Se sitúa en Güemes, una localidad del municipio de Bareyo, situada en un pequeño valle de su mismo nombre ya que es recorrido por los arroyos Rumego, Cabra, las Calderas y Liermo.
Su ubicación resulta ideal para practicar SURF, SENDERISMO o solamente para DESCANSAR.

Ha sido restaurada recientemente, respetando su estilo original como las casonas típicas de la zona.

Casa rural de piedra de 3 plantas con techos altos y vigas de madera.

En la primera planta se encuentra el salón con chimenea, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, otra sala de estar o de lectura y un aseo.

Dispone de 4 habitaciones con una decoración rústica y sencilla en la segunda planta, 3 de ellas con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales.

Un baño completo con plato de ducha en esta misma planta.

En la tercera planta cuento con un estudio para aquellos que necesitan trabajar.

Porche tranquilo con zona de comedor, jardín con barbacoa y zona de aparcamiento en la zona trasera de la casa.
La casa y sus alrededores ofrecen una tranquilidad y paz total, para poder desconectar y disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones en Cantabria.
