Casa "I Roccoli", is a beautiful recently renovated property, with a mini swimming pool (180 x 330 cm) with whirlpool for exclusive use immersed in a spectacular olive grove in a quiet area where you can relax.
The property of approx. 180 m2 is divided over 2 floors equipped with every comfort. On the lower floor there is a large living room created in a veranda with fireplace and wood-burning oven overlooking the olive grove towards the west, a kitchen and adjoining dining room, a single room with 1 bed and a bathroom. On the upper floor, however, there are 3 bedrooms inspired by 3 different themes (Indian, Zen and Romeo & Juliet) with 2 bathrooms both equipped with showers. Two bedrooms share a west-facing balcony with a romantic view of the olive grove and vineyards of the surrounding hills.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, television with satellite channels, wi-fi and air conditioner on both floors.
I Roccoli property is able to accommodate up to 7 people and differs from other properties due to its full immersion in nature, also ideal for those who want to bring along their faithful four-legged friends who are always welcome here. It has 2 covered parking spaces in the garage and outdoor parking spaces.
I Roccoli house offers its customers a large equipped outdoor space (deckchairs), suitable for spending moments in the open air, for consuming aperitifs and meals or, simply, for relaxing in the swimming pool among the olive trees, caressed by the sweet breeze coming from the Lake Garda.

Tolles Anwesen...
Geeignet für einen Aufenthalt mit Hunden, sehr weitläufig und gut zum "rennen lassen". Allerdings ist der Zaun doch nicht 100% zu bzw. das Gelände zu groß um die Hunde im Blick zu behalten. Ansonsten ist das Haus eine abgetrennte Villa und hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem komplett alleine. Gerne wieder...
