This superb apartment in Barcelona is a perfect solution for two couples, a family, or a group of friends. If you were searching for light and sun then you found your apartment as it receives sunlight during nearly all the day because of its six meter windows. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a couch in the living room to accommodate up to six people. It also offers a sunny private TERRACE along with a table and four chairs, the ideal place to enjoy a fresh dinner at night to rest after a hard day.

The location is excellent and very central just at a five minute walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a five minute walk you can find the 'Avenue Gaudi,' a pleasant avenue very appreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU.

The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find three supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and a biologic shop. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are two metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a two minute walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 minutes or Pº de Gracia (ten minutes) . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15-20 minutes.

A free cot for a child is available if needed. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

Great Apartment

Clean, large apartment. Very modernized. Walking distance to some neighborhoods, but easy cab/uber ride to others. Elevator building. Washer/dryer combo. 2 terraces! No dishwasher, but truly wasn't an issue. Fredrick was very helpful and kind. We would stay again

Delightful! Beautiful apartment, modern updates, fully furnished, and in an excellent location. Close to the metro station and easy to get to all tourist attractions but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Two verandas make for a nice outdoor space! We highly recommend!

Great apartment within walk of Sagrada

This apartment is lovely. Very clean and looks just like the photos. On-site property manager is very friendly and helpful if you need help with anything. The neighborhood is residential with grocery store, fruit stand, coffee/pastry shop and restaurants nearby. It's out of the way of the Sagrada crowds, but still within walking distance (about 15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect apartment for our Barcelona vacation

The neighborhood is safe, with close access to several grocery stores and restaurants. Two metro stations (L5 and L2) are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, and a major road with several bus stops is only 2 blocks away. The Sagrada Familia is a 10-minute walk. Great location, but not too loud. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony! The management team was friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Barcelona Vacation

The property was located in a nice spot in Barcelona. It was surrounded by many small restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. We had access to many bus and train lines. The apartment was neat and clean and set up with modern accommodations. It had a terrace although there were not many scenic views. The property itself accommodated 4 people nicely although one bedroom was a bit small. The kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom were a nice size. The kitchen had the basics but could have used a few more amenities like dish towels, paper towels, etc. We did not use the TV but know it was the only entertainment. There are no games, music or the like. The washer/dryer was available but no laundry soap (note the dryer was not efficient). The landlord was very nice; check-in was easy; he was available when needed. We have 2 problems which he attended to immediately. Overall I would given the property a 5 and would stay there again.

Great location in a fun neighborhood

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The check in was smooth and we were provided with great information for getting around Barcelona and where to go in the neighborhood. The apartment is really close to the Sagrada Familia and metro stations. The unit is spacious and well appointed with a great deck to enjoy the sun and felt really comfortable. I would happily stay here the next time I'm in Barcelona.

Wonderful spot for a stay in Barcelona!

This was the best apartment rental experience we have ever had! (and we have been renting around the world for 30 years) From checking in, to helpfulness and recommendations, to planning our departure, Frederic and his employees were top notch. The place is lovely with all necessary amenities. Clean, bright and centrally located. We hope to come back one day!

A modern apartment with on site management

This apartment met all our expectations. The managers met us upon arrival and introduced all the features of the unit. The apartment was spotless and well furnished with modern pieces. The location was within easy walking distance to the subway. For those who enjoy the experience of local living, it was easy to buy fresh products from the local markets and enjoy the many restaurants and tabernas that were only steps away. The unit is located near the Sagrada Familia, which means that it is not within walking distance of the popular Las Ramblas or Barri Gotic, however, for those willing to use the subway, these sights are easy to get to. We will return on our next visit to Barcelona.

A week in Barcelona

Great apartment with a balcony that we enjoyed immensely. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment so it was quiet. Just a note, while the apartment is close to Sangrada de Familia and Hospital Sant Pau it is a distance from the older parts of Barcelona.

Lovely apartment!

We had a great stay here. Really nice hosts, immaculately clean apartment, quiet and nicely furnished. Several grocery stores nearby, easy walk to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Would definitely recommend this place! The two terraces were a fun place to sit in the evenings and mornings.

Wonderful gem in Barcelona

There are many positive things to say about our stay. Bernardo was there when we arrive and gave us the tour. The directions from the airport to the apartment were super accurate - we didn't get even a tiny bit lost. Bernardo was super helpful in identifying restaurants and giving us a sense of the neighborhood. And the apartment was PERFECT! It was very clean and sunny as advertised. There are two balcony/decks -one off the kitchen and one off the back bedroom. The kitchen had all the basics including a coffee machine. And there was a washer/dryer. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is perfectly located - you can walk, catch a bus or the metro or a cab. All very easily. We would definitely go back and in fact I have recommended it to my Mom who is traveling to Barcelona in the fall.

Beautiful sunny apartment in a convenient location!

Recently returned from a 6 day stay in Barcelona and couldn't agree more with the other reviews that were left on this apartment. Everything was super convenient when it came to checking in and the owners were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were even gracious enough to call us a cab to the airport on our final day. The apartment is in more a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for lively nightlife this may not be the best location, however, don't that that deter you - the location is super close the metro and within walking distance to a lot of Barcelona's great attractions! There is a tiny grocery store across the street to purchase any food/water/items you may need to make you feel more at home. The apartment was super clean as well, and the beds/linens comfortable. The bedroom with the twin beds was a little small - but since the most time we spent in there was sleeping we did not mind at all. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the walls are VERY thin. If you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. We heard EVERYTHING going on above us - from people walking, to talking loudly and everything in between. Other than that minor thing - everything else about the apartment was great! Also I have stayed in VRBO's before that have provided things like shampoo, sugar etc. This apartment did not have that, but as mentioned there is a grocery store super close if any items are needed. Also a major plus was the elevator! It is my understanding that not many buildings have this feature! Overall, we had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone as well as possibly staying here again myself!

The apartment is lovely!

It’s close to the metro but we walked to most places. The apartment is well furnished, spacious, comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room did not work very well, the air conditioner in the bedroom was excellent. The owner was very helpful. I would stay again.

Really nice top floor apartment with sunny balcony and convenient location a few minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia and also the old hospital which was fascinating. Frédéric the manager was extremely helpful, everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It was comfortably furnished and equipped, very clean, and with a pleasant atmosphere — sunny, bright, as promised, and the terrace was a pleasure. Communication with the landlord, check in, and check out were all very smooth. And they provided helpful information including excellent restaurant recommendations. All in all a positive experience.

Very Comfortable Quiet Apartment in Barcelona

I will begin by stating that I am a very picky individual. I poured over reviews of hotels and apartments for hours before selecting this one. My main concern was to rent something close to where our daughter was studying abroad at the Hospital de Sant Paul. This apartment provided a short 5 minute or less walk to our daughter's apartment. My second main concern was finding a location that was QUIET. I read so many reviews and left home thinking it was impossible to find a quiet place in such a lively city. I was pleasantly surprised that this apartment did seem very quiet to us. The unit offers a nice kitchen, and we were able to cook a couple of meals while we were there. The apartment does not have an oven, but has a microwave and cook top. I found all the utensils that I needed to make our simple meals and we enjoyed eating out on the terrace. The microwave and washer take a bit to figure out. The washer runs for hours and we ended up letting the clothes dry on the drying rack. All said I was happy to have one to wash a few of our things. This unit is on the second to the top floor. An elevator is available, but only two or three people can ride at a time. Not a problem for us as my family members found it a challenge to climb the seven floors. The beds were comfortable. My younger daughter is 13, so her room was plenty large enough for her, and she enjoyed having a space to herself at the end of the day. There are two single beds in that room but no a/c. In the master there is a comfortable queen bed and plenty of room. I even asked for a fan so I could have white noise in the background while sleeping and Frédéric provided one for me. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are willing to take the metro where you need to go. The metro is a short walk and the area feels very safe. One suggestion is that you make a plan how to contact Frédéric before getting to Barcelona. We arrived on a very early flight and did not have a phone that worked in Spain. When we arrived at the apartment, it was closed and we were exhausted and out of ideas of what to do. We got lucky and within about 5 minutes Frédéric came out to take trash and we were able to go in and do the check in process. We could not get into the unit until after the cleaning was done, but we were able to get the keys. Frédéric does live in the building and you should ask how to contact him.
