Beautiful but did need some small repairs.

Overall I had a great time in this apartment. It was centrally located and an easy walk to many parts of Barcelona as well as a 2 block walk to the metro. The apartment is decorated in a really great modern style and the windows leading out to the balcony gave a lot of light and character to the apartment. The apartment is across the street from a grocery store for all of your needs. There are a few things that needed repaired. One of the internal window shades had a broken pulley system so it was impossible to retract the shade. I could not figure out how to work the rain shower and believe it may have not worked at all. I had to use the handheld shower attachment. The hot water heater is small and did not last the duration of a single 10 minute shower. So if you take long showers, be aware that this can be frustrating. Overall the issues with the apartment were cosmetic and easy to overlook and easy to fix. The apartment as a whole is a great place to rest while exploring Barcelona and I would definitely stay here again.

Never again with Sweet In

The flat is well located, nice and we liked it. The kitchen equipment was rudimentary and some things could be renovated. The beds were good. The big problem was the registration and the check in, what was a nightmare. The registration took days and we were not able to get in the house without help of other residents. Then we got stuck 2 hours with a hungry ten years old child in the flat waiting to get a key to open the entrance door of the building, because the system by app did not work. After reclamation we finally got a metal key for the front door, the code on the flat door worked. We helped other people from another flat, who had the same problem. We will not rent a flat again with this organisation.

Fazit: Wohnung liegt gut, da Metro schnell erreicht wird zu Fuß. Supermarkt gegenüber.. Bäckerei und Fischgeschäft direkt bei der Wohnung. Straße Nachts verhältnismäßig ruhig. Morgens wenn Lieferverkehr anfängt laut. Bad ist abgenutzt und muss dringend renoviert werden. Küche spärlich ausgestattet. Insgesamt Preis zu hoch

Perfekte 8 Tage in einer guten Gegend

Buchung und Kontakt zum Vermieter in der Regel über WhatsApp, schnell u professionell. Wenn man check in, per mobil phone, gemeistert hat steht einem schönen Aufenthalt in einem netten Appartement nichts im Wege. Im Appartement liegt dann GsD ein Schlüssel für die beiden unteren Türen u zur Appartementtür führt eine Codeeingabe, so dass danach der Eingang e tspannter verläuft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber u gut eingerichtet. Manche Sachen könnten aufgefrischt werden, das ist aber sicherlich im eigenen Haus auch so.....die Gegend ist sehr nett u zentral. Ca. 100m zur nächsten Metro, Empfehlung hola Barcelona card. Die nächste Strasse ist eine Fussgängerstrasse mit vielen kleinen Bars für Tapas u Sangria u.ä. zu empfehlen. Auch fussläufig,ca 20 minuten la rambla u oasseig Gracia. Insgesamt ist es etwas quirlig, aber das ist BCN. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein recht grosser Supermarkt . Also für alles ist gesorgt.
