It is a modern apartment in the 22@ district, the epicenter of innovation in the Poble Nou neighborhood. It is just 3 streets away from the beach and has easy connections to the city center by metro, bus, and tram.
Near the Glòries and Diagonal Mar shopping centers, it is a quiet area but with a great leisure offer around.

This fantastic apartment is bright, modern, and equipped with everything you might need for a fabulous stay in Barcelona. It has air conditioning, TV, free WiFi, and consists of:

ROOM 1: with a comfortable double bed and a desk area.

ROOM 2: trundle bed with two single mattresses and a desk area.

BATHROOM: with shower and hairdryer.

KITCHEN: fully equipped in a separate space. It includes: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and kettle. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

LIVING-DINING ROOM: exterior, with a sofa bed to relax, watch TV, or listen to music, and access to the balcony.

Located in a building with an elevator.

We will be at your disposal during the entire stay for anything you need through the platform and our contact phones.

The apartment is located between the L4 (yellow) metro stops Selva de Mar and Poblenou, two streets away from each, which connects to important points of interest such as Fórum, the beaches of Barceloneta, the Gothic Quarter, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia (near Casa Batlló and La Pedrera), and the Gràcia neighborhood.
You can walk to the beach in just 3 streets.

We provide bed linens and towels, hand soap, and basic amenities.
We also provide a crib and booster seat upon prior request and subject to availability.

The local tourist tax is not included. The tourist tax must be paid at the current rate at the time of check-in. It costs €6.05 per adult over 16 years old per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

*Supplement for night check-ins after 8 pm:
Check-in from 8 pm to 11 pm: €30 supplement.
Check-in from 11:01 pm to 2 am: €50 supplement.

This apartment is located in a residential building. In accordance with community regulations, this apartment is suitable only for families and adults over 30 years of age.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration.

A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following the apartment inspection.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, make-up, shoe soles, tinted) or damaged bed linen or towels, €15 + VAT (21%) each; additional hour of extraordinary cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 16 and over) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).

Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This is charged directly to the person checking in and is never deducted from the deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors` rest from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.

Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
