Apartment completely independent in a house, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Surrounded by nature, in quiet residential area.

Separate entrance of the owners, you have direct and private access to the pool and large garden, you will be the only vacationers can use them.

The apartment has two rooms, the first is a living room with kitchenette, 2 beds, chairs and table, TV with French channels and armchairs. The second consists of 2 beds, DVD + TV, and small area for children with table and small chairs. A shower room with window, an open terrace equipped for meals, another garden and a private barbecue.
Parking space at the entrance of the house, basketball hoop, mini table tennis, various table games in one of the bedrooms, mosquito nets to all windows and wifi.

Children are welcome and they can use the pool whenever they want.
Your four-legged friends also are welcome, provided they do not get on the beds and stay calm during the rest of the night.
We value your privacy, tranquility and space.
10 minutes by car you are at the beach without any problem to park, or at the station to get in 20 minutes to Barcelona center for your visits. You can go shopping to "La Roca Village", or simply shopping in various malls (Carrefour, Lidl, Marcedona, etc.) and to local markets.

Everything we wanted

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at the property. Yolanda had provided clear instructions on how to find the place and she was there to greet us and show us around. The property was clean, comfortable and the views are wonderful. Travelling into Barcelona was easy via train, and we were very grateful to come back to our peaceful accommodation after a day in the city. We also travelled to Montserrat which we really enjoyed. A long weekend just wasn't enough so we are hoping to visit again with our children, as the property is also great for families, including toys and games and of course the pool (chilly but refreshing!).I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here as it would have been difficult to get around without it.

Great property in a very smart location. Owners communication with you is excellent. Lovely pool and surrounds. Location is great for Barcelona, Sitges, Tossa and Montserrat so plenty to do. Excellent local restaurants and we can recommend Can Rin as ate there 3 nights out of 7!

The Perfect Place in Cabrils

Absolutely delightful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Many amenities at the home for a family. Lovely location with an ocean view. All of this is great, but what makes this home stand out are the hosts Yolanda and Abel. Though we were running late from a long day of travel, they graciously met us and walked us through the property, even making sure we had the groceries needed for the morning. They were always available to help and suggest ideas. We cannot wait to return to this house. If you are reading this review, pick them!!!

Barcelona 24 - 4 night stay

Absolutely lovely break!!! The hosts were wonderful. Couldnā€™t do enough for us and extremely helpful. We had a nightmare with car hire at the airport but still accessible by train and a short taxi ride which is a lot cheaper than in the uk. The train for 4 was only ā‚¬20 approx. Yolanda helped us to navigate from the airport by train and kindly picked us up from the local train station. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. Location is more remote but about 40 minute walk to the town/train and even the beach or around ā‚¬10 for a taxi. The local market was open on the Sunday with lots of fresh food/wine/cheese etc. The local restaurants/bars down by the harbour/beach were very good. Definitely would recommend and would return. Very relaxing break, with great views and fantastic hosts.

Beautiful stay!

Me and my friend stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every second. Yolanda and Pol were incredibly kind and friendly and made the checking in process and our stay very comfortable. We were on foot, and if you are able to walk up the hills it's doable! But would recommend a car for ease. The flat was so cute, the pool was amazing and the views were great ! Couldn't recommend it enough, and would love to stay again. 5 stars !!

Paradise in Cabrils!

What an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our family. A quiet, safe, & peaceful place outside of the big city is exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable apartment with lovely views and friendly host

We stayed for a week with our two daughters (13 and 11). We all enjoyed a relaxing week in the lovely apartment and pool. Apartment is very clean and well equipped, comfortable beds and plenty of fans for hot days. Barcelona is within easy reach, but feels a million miles away when enjoying the views and peace of the pool and garden. We all wish we had booked two weeks instead!

We went to Spain by car for a week. The villa is amazing- exactly what we wanted. Situated In the beautiful outskirts of Barcelona near by the sea in a very quiet villa area. This accommodation is fully equipped with all we needed for our stay(and we have two young children). The kids room is a good size room with own tv and dvd player and toys. Lots of DVDs and board games to enjoy with your children. The accommodation is very clean and tidy,decorated in nice colours and a good taste. We had the benefit of a BBQ for our own use, swimming pool-very good size, large green area,table tennis,basketball area and enclosed parking space. Barcelona's city centre is within 30min.drive. there is also a train station not too far from the villa but we personally prefer going by car as we have booked a parking space in Barcelona. The area has cheaper shops than Barcelona. Hosts- very friendly. They let us feel like home and respected our privacy. Our kids really like them as they allowed them in their home to play with their pets:) Over all amazing place to rest,enjoy views and visit busy Barcelona. Very pleased ! Definitely would visit again!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Yolanda hat uns schon vor der Anreise hilflfreiche Tipps fĆ¼r Barcelona gegeben. Mit dem Zug ist man schnell dort. ich habe jeden Tag die RĆ¼ckfahrt nach Cabrils mit Blick aufs Meer genossen und mich auf die schƶne, ruhige Wohnung im grĆ¼nen gefreut. Den Garten und Pool hat man fĆ¼r sich alleine. Man fĆ¼hlt sich wie alleine im Haus und hat doch sofort Antworten von Yolanda auf alle Fragen.Sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch. Danke Yolanda und Yann fĆ¼r die schƶne Zeit bei euch.

10 Tage Barcelona und Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie einige Tage Barcelona erleben und dazu tiefe Einblicke in die spanische Lebensart gewinnen wollen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als Urlauber so braucht; bis auf eine Geschirr-SpĆ¼lmaschine. Es gibt MĆ¼ckengitter vor den Fenstern und dicht schlieƟende Rollladen. Das GrundstĆ¼ck und der Pool waren sauber, letzterer aber leider fĆ¼r uns schon zu kalt (<21Ā°C). Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist allerdings eine kleine Herausforderung fĆ¼r einen Familien-Van, da man von einer engen StraƟe durch ein vglw. kleines Tor fahren muss. Die Vermieter Yolanda und Abel sind in jedem Fall hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jede Kontaktaufnahme ging stets von uns aus. Yolanda spricht gut deutsch, englisch und franzƶsisch. Wir haben uns 10 Tage wirklich wohl gefĆ¼hlt und wĆ¼rden dort sofort wieder buchen. Danke Yolanda, danke Abel.

Heel fijn verblijf met voortreffelijke eigenaren

Het was heel fijn en mooi met een eigen zwembad en uitzicht op de zee. De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en reageerden direct bij een vraag. Er is een hele veilige plek voor de auto. Het enige wat jammer was, is dat het hoog ligt en een half uur lopen is naar het centrum. Ook is er weinig bergruimte voor de spullen qua kasten (zeker als je met meer dan 2 personen bent). Verder alles top geregeld en zeer schoon!

Gracias a Yolanda y su pareja hemos estado de maravilla en un acogedor apartamento que tiene lo imprescindible para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La piscina y el jardĆ­n con una canasta y mesa de ping pong nos ha hecho disfrutar todos los dĆ­as. Recomendable 100% para pasar unos dĆ­as tranquilos en un entorno familiar y agradable.

Sejour au top

Yolanda et Abel sont adorables ,ils nous ont acceuillis chaleureusement dans ce superbe endroit l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les alentours Barcelone, Sitges,Tossa del Mar ,Tarragone,....Et quel plaisir de pouvoir profiter de la piscine au retour de nos petites excursions. Nous avons egalement apprĆ©ciĆ© de prendre nos repas avec la vue sur mer. Yolanda et Abel trĆØs discrets sont toujours de bons conseils et fournissent de bonnes infos .
