Opening Doors Casa Laureles is a bright designer home with a minimalist style, large windows and breathtaking sea views. Perfect for couples, families, friends or solo travellers.

Located in Argentona, just 25 minutes from Barcelona and 10 minutes from the beaches, it is the perfect place to enjoy both nature and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The house has been carefully designed to maximise natural light, combining European pine wood and Mediterranean cork to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The open kitchen is fully equipped, next to it, a spacious dining area and comfortable living room feature a fireplace, digital projector, electric piano and sofa bed.

The bedroom offers a double bed with panoramic views, while the bathroom includes a waterfall-style shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy over 500 m² of private outdoor space with a lawn garden, fruit trees, a wooden terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, a barbecue, fire pit and sun loungers. From May to September, an inflatable jacuzzi is available upon request for an additional €30 per stay.

The property is fully fenced, offering privacy and security, with free parking for two cars.

The property is pet-friendly (pet fee: €35 per stay). Bed linen, towels and basic amenities are included. A baby cot and booster seat are available upon request (€15 and €5 per stay, subject to availability). Airport transfers can be arranged at a fixed rate.

For stays longer than 2 weeks, an additional mandatory cleaning service (€55) applies. Please note that our gardener accesses the garden every Monday morning for routine maintenance. An exterior security camera monitors the entrance and parking area only. A mandatory tourist tax must be paid upon check-in.

🏡 House Rules

Only registered guests are allowed access to the property. If you wish to add more guests, please consult us in advance.

For long stays (more than 2 weeks), an additional mandatory cleaning service will be required at a cost of €55.00.

🐶 Pets
Pets are welcome; however, guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or beds (a specific pet bed is provided). Guests must collect and properly dispose of their pets’ waste from the garden or lawn. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 cleaning fee.

♻️ Waste Disposal Rules
The municipality follows a specific waste collection schedule, including separation by type (organic, plastic, paper, glass, and general waste). This schedule is available via the link included in the check-in instructions and house rules, and a reminder poster is also provided in the house.

At check-out, a maximum of 2 garbage bags may be left in the property. Failure to comply may result in a €200 penalty.

If guests prefer not to separate and dispose of waste according to the schedule, they may take it to the public containers located in the city of Mataró, just a 5-minute drive away.

🛀 Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi will only be available UPON PRIOR REQUEST before the day of arrival of the reservation, and only during the summer months (from May to September). SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, with a supplement of €30 per stay. In the event of a breakdown or malfunction of the device that prevents its use, this amount will be refunded. To ensure optimal water quality, please do not eat, drink, or pour any substances into the water. We also kindly ask you not to use sunscreen, tanning oils, or other oily products while in the water, as these may damage the filtration system. It is strictly forbidden to engage in any behavior that may endanger other people or cause damage to the facilities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

🌸 Safety & Coexistence Rules
Keep doors and windows closed when you are not in the property.
Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
Fires are only allowed in the designated barbecue area.
Access to non-gardened areas of the property (lower part of the back garden) is not permitted.
Save energy: turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use—the house is small and heats/cools quickly.
Garden maintenance takes place on Mondays between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. During this time, the gardener accesses only the outdoor areas independently and never enters the interior of the house.

💳 Payments & Deposits
Tourist tax not included: must be paid according to the rate in force at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (over 16 years old) and per night, with a maximum of seven nights. Currently €1.93 (subject to change according to regulations).

Lost keys: €200 charge.

Damaged or stained bed linen or towels (due to sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, dyes, etc.): €15 each.

🌿 Recommendations
Please treat the property with care and respect our home as if it were your own.
We reserve the right to terminate the stay in case of non-compliance with these rules.
