The annex consists of a living room of approximately 30 square meters, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, and two bathrooms, as well as a private patio. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and independent heating and cooling. It features a large, sunny garden with a splendid view of the surrounding landscape; the private pool is equipped with a beach umbrella and lounge chairs.

From the spacious grounds surrounding the villa, you can access the swimming pool, designed and built among the vineyards and olive groves, where absolute peace reigns; the distance from the private gardens of the apartments ensures maximum privacy and tranquility for the latter. The grounds feature a beautiful cypress grove, numerous olive trees, and fruit trees; all enhanced by flowerbeds of multicolored roses and aromatic plants.
